I got my pup here just about a year and a half ago. She’s the best pup ever. Shortly after I got her I noticed she seemed to not be able to see well. She was later diagnosed with PRA. Progressive retinal atrophy. While I was upset Tully’s did write me a check for a full refund and offered to take her back. However I was far too bonded and keeping her ended up being the right choice for me. Update: my pup is now 3 years old and was diagnosed with IVDD and lost function of her hind legs. Overall everything wrong with my dog has cost thousands not to mention both could’ve been avoided had they done genetic testing on her parents before breeding them.

It makes me sad that I see such bad reviews on here. I have been here many times and have helped friends and family buy dogs here. All healthy and strong with good temperament. The last dog was an accident, only $300 and was a doberman/American bulldog mix. He is the sweetest, dog, and we have 8 kids. Yes, you read that right and he is great with all of them. I don't feel this place is a puppy mill and I feel people are using this term incorrectly. Tully's is an Omaha favorite for getting dogs.

I bought an American bulldog years ago from Tullys. It was not the best experience but let me tell you something. This place has come a long way. I don't know of any place you can go to get a four year health guarantee on a pet. That is trust in their breeders. I bought an English Bulldog last year from them and I love her very much. She has excellent lines, perfect bite, great stance. If I had the time I could probably show her. The only thing I would change is the price of dogs. I understand their care costs money until they sell. I get it. But after taxes I paid $2700 for my dog! She had only been there a day. You shouldn't have to be rich to be able to provide a loving home to a puppy. I don't think I will ever have that kind of money again to get another one. But I can tell my puppy did not come from a puppy mill.

We purchased our Yorkie-poo over 8 years ago from Tully’s and she is an energetic healthy fun-loving dog. We originally were trying to adopt but it was amazing the requirements that the shelters placed on us including one saying they had the right to come and check on the dog after we adopted it. So we decided to check out Tully’s. Oh and my parents puchased a Lhasa-poo from Tully’s that is 11 or 12 I believe. At the time of our purchase I seem to remember learning that Tully’s was approved of or in compliance with the standards of the humane society - or something to that effect. We had a great experience at Tully’s.

I got my puppy in 2017 and my vet told me in the last 2 months my puppy has a liver defect, in which I will have to pay for blood tests and another other tests for the life of my dog to rule out the liver not functioning. And yes, when the liver stops working, my dog will die. I called Tullys and was told they cover heart and liver defects and will refund the price of the dog instead of covering all the vet bills going forward. And they asked to send all vet reports, which I did. I have since gotten GHOSTED by them. They will not return my calls and will not return my emails.

I see a lot of complaining about things that are really common when housing many dogs the same grounds. I enjoyed my visit's to Tully's. My husband and I went in just looking . We pulled a couple of dogs spent about an hour & half there the first time. I asked a lot of questions such as where are these dogs coming from, who are the breeders, how long the relationship between Tully's and the breeders had been in place. The staff was knowledgeable and willing too look up information about where the pup had come from. While, there I noticed kennel staff promptly removing puppy waste from the bottom of the cages allowing for clean appearance of the overall facility. My husband and I left to discuss the two puppies we had pulled and spend time with. Upon our return the staff was again friendly and this time with a two & half hour visit was still willing to answer any remaining questions I had. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The guarantees that come with a dog are straight forward. My biggest word of advice is to educate yourself prior to visiting a facility such as Tully's. I will continue to visit Tully's until I am given a reason not to. Great job to the staff at Tully's!

I may only be a teen but at least I know that even IF a pet store does get their puppy's from a puppy mill, and they are more likely to have or develop physical or mental diseases, the puppy's dont know that at all, and it shouldn't affect the way we get our pets because those pets (with time) will love us and we will love them even if they develop diseases. now general living conditions for puppy's along with other animals may be bad, and in a lot of cases they are, but these pet stores can provide better living conditions than puppy mills and the puppy's in these pet stores are more likely to be bought than they would be directly from a puppy mill, and go into a family that will (hopefully) love it and give it the life it deserves.

(This was two years ago but I now just remembered) I got my two pups from here and I am in love with them! They weren’t aggressive at all and were easy to handle for training! I would totally give this a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for this lady who yelled at me. A week before I got my pups my friend and I decided to go to your little pet play pins. We were playing with the puppies and all was good. My friend then got into this one play pin with this baby Samoyed (I think that was the breed) and this puppy was beyond hyper. It was jumping all over her and biting her sleeves. Growing up with 6 dogs, I knew how to properly handle a hyper pup. As I was trying to guide her on how to calm the pup down and handle it, we couldn’t help but laugh because the puppy was too darn cute as I was helping her. I guess this worker did not like it. She heard us laugh while the puppy was biting my friends sleeves and instead of helping, she yelled “don’t do that!”. It immediately made us want to leave. This worker acted like we were stupid. I’m not a Karen and I try my best to not get annoyed with employees but this lady had me beyond embarrassed and irritated. We shortly left after. I am trying to remember what she looked like. All I could remember is that she wore a ponytail with brown hair, and was a little on the chubbier side(I’m trying my best to be appropriate about the description of her body). Anyway I haven’t returned since except when I bought my two puppies. I don’t plan on returning for anything else :/.

This place has the most cutest little puppies I have ever saw! I might work there when I turn 14 if I get approved! I will truly have fun being with the puppies.

I came to see some of the puppies and from reviews I was a bit concerned coming. But when I got there I was pleasantly surprised, it's nothing like a puppy mill. I think that the caging could be a bit better and the prices were intense, but the animals were treated kindly and weren't neglected at all. I bought a healthy young Yorkshire about a week ago and he seems to be doing just fine. One of the male employees there was very respectful and would answer whatever questions I or my family had for him. He seemed to really love the puppies and he loved the Yorkshires we saw, which showed the puppies are in good hands. Overall, I think Tully's is worth a shot, and is great for those who are wanting a puppy!
