Today I was pelting with salt by one of their drivers, and the one in charge(Mark) says he can’t do anything until they talk to HR. I have a knee injury and had to jump in front of my car to keep from being hit with salt, which hurt very much.

Terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone or call back. After repeated attempts to get rock delivered and multiple promises we had to fire them and go somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

Horrible cudtomer service. Mark twice personally promised to aerate my yard. No show both times. Not even the courtesy of a phone call in response to my messages. Not answering his phone. DO NOT waste your time on this company. Wish I could give him a ZERO!

This is the weirdest company I have ever dealt with. The owner or manager Mark Kritenbrink made an appointment to come take a look at my sprinklers and talk about a landscape project at a certain time and day, but he was no call no show. When I called him, without explaining why he didn't show up or apologizing, he gave me a different date and time. Once again, no call no show. I called again after they were over an hour late and he said his guys would be there in 15 mins...again no apology or explanation. They never showed up. It was his loss on a $5-7K project, but I am baffled by why a company would lie and act in such a manner.

We had work done by Tuff Turf last fall (aeration, over seeding, and grub control) and they did a great job. We have several other projects lined up for this spring and they have been in touch all ready to get things scheduled. They have emailed information and estimates and been very helpful. Highly recommended..

We hired this company earlier this year to mow our lawn once a week. The quote provided was reasonable. The first mowing left me underwhelmed. We live in a heavily shaded neighborhood and our lawn reflects that...it is thin. It was also damp due to the levels of rain we received this spring. This company mowed using commercial size mowers ultimately leaving what can only be described as "burn out" marks on our lawn. We chose not to complain and thought maybe the next time they would do a better job. They did not. The second mowing was even worse when they left ruts throughout our back yard. This was confirmed by the supervisor after we called to complain. A resolution was never provided even though it was admitted that the mowers caused the damage and it should have never happened. It is clear that this business is run on a philosophy that the customer must chase down a solution to an issues....btw....we never got a solution or a returned phone call. That was blamed on the answering service. In my opinion, if you know you caused damage and have an unsatisfied customer you should proactively attend to the issue....not ignore it. Use this company at your own risk. It is a shame too...I prefer to support local businesses.

Made an appointment for an estimate. The day of, I get an email asking to reschedule for the next day. I move my schedule around to accommodate, then they no call no show, no answering the phone or the email I sent. It’s like they don’t like making money. As stated previously, this company is weird.
