Shout out to my girl Hannah killing it with her amazing customer service skills. I was not an easy guest to assist, I had a lot of questions that I needed answered and she took her time to answer each one. She didn’t give me an attitude, she didn’t make me feel like a burden. This girl genuinely took HER time to help me out and I totally appreciate that. Honestly, the entire staff, as small as it may have been, was incredible. I don’t know who’s running this store, but I myself manage a business. I don’t take my time to leave reviews for just anyone, so whoever is managing… take time to let your people know they’re killing it. Retail is hard enough as it is, but even more difficult due to the pandemic. So pay respect where respect it due and let your workers know that they are appreciated. Thank you for a good customer experience. I am beyond satisfied with the service myself and my family received.

I just want to say Alison was amazing. I had been all over town looking for pants that fit since I put on weight during my lay off. No one could help me I called in advance not only did she find a few pairs in my size she set them aside with my name on them for me. The best part was when I stopped by to pick them up she treated me like an old friend instead of a brand new customer. As someone who works outside I think this has become my new place to take my business. It was my first time shopping here and I was very happy with the customer service not to mention the prices were much better than what I was seeing elsewhere.

I visit often for outdoor supplies like bird feed. Usually do curbside pickup. Staff is always cheerful and helpful when they bring my order to my car.

Great customer service, all the TSC at L st Omaha NE employees are super nice, however the TSC live goods warranty is horrible. Trees are only warranty for 30 days. I bought 12 trees at 19.99$ rate of tree success 50% due unknow factors. Trees ended costing me $40. For tree purchases Lowes, Home Depot and Menards they do have a one year warranty. Rest of trees are doing great!!

This TSC is definitely a slice of hometown right in the middle of the city! Great friendly service with workers that know their products and store well, highly recommend!

I don't know when the management changed at this store but they are rotten. Don't shop here, because if you have any problems, the management will lie to you, and then treat you like YOU are the problem. They have extremely bad attitudes. Good luck with that TSC.

Fast service, employees have always been helpful and friendly. A very large selection of home, outdoor and work products. Just tried doing a propane refill via the app for the first time and was amazed at how quickly someone came out. Filled the tank, used a card reader right there and I was on my way within minutes. A 3 gal tank cost me around $15. Try and find a propane exchange for that price.

I was shopping for a doordash order and a very nice young lady helped me find the two items that I was looking for because I've never shopped in the store before. She went above and beyond to help me find these products for the customer and it is greatly appreciated.

Great princess 1/10th the cost on pet bedding supplies and did I mentioned the great first experience my daughters experience. The staff is no nice and attentive . I am so impressed with the Hume amount of different selections and awesome customer service, from the floor staff to the check out counter. We bought a cage!!
