Great people and even better service! They kept the store open past 5 p.m. on a Saturday and made sure I had my clothes. I will always give them my business because of the top-notch service they provide.

Always quick and easy drop off and pick up. Great customer service and my clothes always smell fresh. Unlike other cleaners. The after hours kiosk is a great option as well. Love the idea.

They always do a great job with my clothes. Everything is always done at the promised time. Clothes can be dropped off in the drop box and picked up from the kiosk 24 hours a day.

I've use this cleaners since they opened, and they have always had great customer service. Today, I dropped off my clothes and before I was a block away, they called me to let me know that they had found my work keys in one of my pockets. Very thoughtful!

OUTSTANDING customer service and work! I brought my mother-in-law's wedding dress to be cleaned for display at a 50th anniversary party. The owner not only removed some long-set in water stains and fabric snafus, she personally called me every few days to update me on the progress, knowing they were caring for a priceless memento in our family. HIGHLY recommend this terrific business making sure you are taken care of!

Well this will be simple. I used them for the locker option that allows you to pick up 24 hours a day. They didn’t set it up and I am now leaving town back home today and don't have my shirts. People seemed nice but I don’t have my shirts for today’s event that is my wife’s induction into the NE sports hall of fame. This is simple stuff that shouldn’t be an issue. I provided a 1 star review for the issue above. I want to keep the initial issue because I think it will speak to the attention to detail even when things go wrong. I have changed my review to 4 stars due to the response I got minute after my post. It is clear that the ownership of this franchise is on top of the business from all directions. She called me directly on my cell phone, fixed the issue and had my shirts ready for me. She provided me her personal cell and I texted her prior to coming back to the locker. I than got a number of follow up texts from the manager and the owner making sure I got sorted out and took 100% responsibility for the issue. The key to this for me was they did not point the finger at the staff at any point. Yes the staff made the mistake but that was not the point of the communication. I can see they are serious about what they do and as a business owner I learned how important it is as the owner to address the customer head on and not be quick to point fingers. The shirts looked great, I am happy and I changed by review to a 4, taking one star for the mistake that never should have happened.

I brought in a very smelly, dirty trench coat that had been in a basement closet for several years. Due to water leakage behind the closet, there was a mold issue. The coat was not cleanable but the staff and service was outstanding! They kept me informed of the many attempts and progress as they tried various methods to clean the coat. They went above and beyond expectations for the services provided.
