Tidal Wave Auto Spa

This is new to the Bellevue area and they are really doing a great job! The machines themselves are brand new so clearly they work very well for cleaning and vacuuming. The staff, in my two visits, have been very helpful and very polite. They do offer memberships but do not pressure you if you are not interested.

Paid for the ceramic sea gloss and the paint side of my truck looks good, however it includes a undercarriage wash. Not any of the undercarriage was washed. And if you call the number to inform them you are directed to Georgia. No phone on site

Not really impressed. The water they wash your car with before entering the car wash was black and dirty. I told the guy not to prewash my car with that dirty water. The drying towel provided were frozen and hard. Not a great experience. I'll stick with my free washes at Onyx Automotive.

My go-to car wash. The car wash system they use is very paint ceramic coat friendly.

We did the basic $10 wash to give this a try and it definitely looked and felt snazzy and new. But when we left the wash there were a few bug splatters still left on the front windshield and still some dust/dirt on the back windshield. This isn't the first car wash where this has happened, so maybe it's a design thing - I can't imagine how that dust would survive the onslaught of soap and water, but somehow it did. Maybe the more expensive washes do a better job, but I still expect a basic wash to do that as well. I did see an offer for a free more-expensive wash, so I may give them another try.

I wanted to try Tidal Wave today after being referred, I went through twice. The first time I went through there must’ve been some issues, my car got a sprinkle of soap and water and looked worse than before. I came back around and all the attendants apologized and were super attentive and polite and let me go through again! Driving down gravel roads, driving to and from my horse stables, and every day driving gets my car dirty and disgusting but after getting the ceramic sea gloss wash, my car looks brand new! Although I had to spend 30 minutes at the car wash, the money was well spent for the quality wash and service I received!

When I came here my expectations were already a little low from previous experiences with car washes like this but, I thought why not try it and compare it to cornhusker auto wash as I usually go there. I purchased the $20 wash and it met my expectations. It did a pretty good job with the wash and the attendants with the brushes were a nice touch but, even with all that it still managed to miss a few bug stains on my car that were in easily washable areas. The drying completely missed the back of my car so I had to use the towels they provided to finish the job. The vacuums at the end were a nice touch but, they don't make up for the lackluster wash. If you want to spend $20 on a car wash I'd go to cornhusker auto wash.

I really like this car wash. The people that work here are always so nice. The only thing that bugs me, is the website says open @ 8am, live not busy. The guys finally moved the cones at 8:11am, for cars to go through. There were 3 other cars before me that had turned around & was tired of waiting. This is now my 3rd time this has happened. Maybe you should change your time to open at 9am, so your guys can get there & get it opened & ready on time. Just a suggestion. It was 40' this morning at 8am, that's why I wanted to go through so early.

I purchased the graph-x4. There was a film and soap dripping from my car after the wash, I had to rinse my car off to get the rest of the dirt off my car that the wash didn't remove,
