In reference to the comment about the Toddler Teacher Ms Jenn.... I would give her a 5* for her patience with the children, her communication with Parents both in and outside the app. You can tell she really genuinely absolutely adores children. The same could be said about Mrs Lindsey in the infant room and Mrs Debbie in the preschool room. Julie (one of the directors) is also lovely. There are many staff Im not mentioning because I cant remember some names who are great as well but Unlike the person who commented negative things about Mrs Jen I am a parent and not a disgruntled staff. I have never heard Mrs Jen yell at the kids. I have heard her speak in a elevated tone when it is especially loud to settle kids down. It's unfortunate that ex staff who were either let go or left the Daycare bitter can come back with a petty agenda and leave nasty comments out of spite. The staff is wonderful. I have two kids in different rooms who love their teachers and are excited to see them Daily. My only gripe is the Holiday closures tend to be 3 days. The day before and the day after a holiday as well. However (and I'm editing my 3* review because I just found this out) They allow 5 days a year that you can be credited those days if your child does not attend and that counts for said days. Outside of that, this Daycare has been great for us for the past two years even through an ownership change. Dont listen to the former employees who leave negative reviews more based in resentment fueled lies than facts. The lead teachers assigned to each room are amazing and deserve more credit than they probably receive.

From personal experience i don't agree with one of their toddler teachers ms Jenn.. she would always raise her voice towards the children no matter the situation (idk if this has been addressed and fixed now) very embarrassing when you have parents coming in and out all day and all you're hearing is yelling.. the entire time I was here she had some kind of personal vendetta towards me and was extremely passive and rude every chance she got.. I witnessed her inputting information incorrectly into the system for the children which caused problems for when parents wanted to know how they're kids are doing during the day. The place as a whole seemed unprofessional, sadly..
