The Grand Feline Hotel And Salon

Great atmosphere and customer service. My cats are not huge fans of new people and were being pretty difficult but the Grand Feline Hotel & Spa handled them professionally and with care. I will probably give my cats a sedative next time to make it easier though. They have some shop cats who are very sweet as well as a selection of tea and coffee if you wish to wait there for your pet.

Our cats love going here. We also love being able to take them! Having a trustworthy “cat camp” (as we call it) is so important to us for when we travel for long periods of time. There is always a camera in the room for us to check up on our babies while we are gone. The employees always take great care of our babies, and give them the same love we would give them at home! We recently got our two shorthairs groomed during their stay. They both smell so good and are shedding a lot less. Worth every penny spent!

I was very impressed with the services that my cat received. He was so matted when I brought him in they gave him a bath and put a beautiful Halloween tie on him. Thank you all so much for your hard work. I definitely will be back

Excellent place! Boarded one attention loving cat and am confident he had a great time. Staff was friendly and professional, and really did spend time getting to know our little family member. Room was very clean and had a variety of fun things for kitties, but you’re welcome to bring your pet’s favorite things from home. LOVED being able to connect to the webcam and “talk” to our kitty while away. 10/10!

I inherited a beautiful long-haired kitty cat - unfortunately her fur got into quite a mess - Thankfully they were able to get her in, clean her up with an amazing Lion cut, and even give her an oatmeal bath - for a reasonable price! THANK YOU!!

Absolutely love this kitty salon/hotel! Staff is always so friendly and loving towards my Luna. I’ve been going here for almost three years and I will continue to take my fur baby here. They always do a great job while keeping the cats safe and comfortable!

I took my cat Ace to this salon for a bath, ear cleaning and chin (acne) cleansing. His fur came out so fluffy and soft! There are many shampoos to choose from (I chose unscented). Assorted toys and treats are available for purchase. The employees were very friendly. It was a great experience!

We have been grooming with Jenny for about 5 years and they are always so good to our girl! She is a FLUFFY girl that gets matted fur around the end of the year so we get her a lion cut once a year. She always looks so good and clean and is so happy! We love Grand Feline!

most amazing place! my cat was a complete mess, she's to big to clean herself properly, and brushing wasn't working. I got a brand new baby back I am so thankful for this place. the staff were amazing, so nice and the cost was way lower than i expected. absolutely love this place

They'll smile to your face then call the humane society on you. Not to be trusted. Super cute place and I was excited that they were finally taking new clients again so I could get my cat's matting issue taken care of. They recommended we take her to the vet after seeing how small she was (she recently lost weight after being borderline overweight for a long while); we whole-heartedly assured them we would make an appointment that afternoon. All seemed well and we left. Soon after we arrived at home, the Humane Society showed up telling us they had received a complaint from the groomers. I understand being concerned about the well being of our cat (I'm VERY concerned myself, of course), but not even mentioning to us that they'd be calling NHS is completely absurd and felt 2-faced. If they had been up front about their intentions, I would have more respect for them. I can't recommend this place at all. 💔 To top it all off, her haircut is really jagged. Really unhappy with the service
