The Dentists at Ralston Square

Called to make an appt as a new patient as it’s listed in my new dental insurance booklet. The receptionist Leanne was so rude on the phone. She said Amy Ruf, one of the dentists there “doesn’t like her time to be wasted” when I asked how long I should expect a new patient appointment to be. She quite literally talked bad about the dentist and chuckled about it but also insulted me at the same time for asking? It was the most bizarre thing I’ve experienced. If receptionists talk poorly about a dentist, that tells me enough about both parties. Hard pass, I can’t even imagine what goes on behind the scenes.

I go to the dentists in Ralston. My dad isn’t a big doctor/dentist guy but he found that he likes this place. So much so we would drive 25 min to the Omaha one growing up. Now that there is one closer in Ralston we go there. And I love it. The dentist there is always SO kind and there is just a great environment. Hygienists and the people checking you in are sweet! Love it here.

By far the best experience at a dental office that I have ever had. From the office staff to Dr. Amy everyone was a pleasure to be around and the degree of personal care was excellent. This from someone who does not like to go to the dentist. I would highly recommend this office and staff to anyone looking for a new dental office to call home. So sorry I need to edit my first review. I had some fillings done at the dentist at Ralston square and since then I haven't been able to chew properly. Dentist tried to fix it, nothing changed,and I was in pain for a long time until I went to a different dentist who, thank God, was able to fix my problem. I don't like to leave an average or bad review but all of us need to do more research on dentist services before the first visit . Also they need to stop talking to each other across patient's faces during the service.

I contacted.the office as a emergency visit.for my son. From the receptionist to the doctor is was above the service i received from other pediatric dentists who attended to my kids. If you are looking for a place where you and / or your kid can feel comfortable and at ease while.at a dentist this is it. Both my kids have had horrible experiences with some in Omaha. My 9 year old did better than quite a bit of adults to have a tooth extraction. He liked the Dr. She was calm, explaining every step of the way removing any fear or worry. Thanks very much.

A friend told me how great Dr Amy Ruf was as her dentist! I was actually in need of a dentist, so I called Dr Ruf’s office for an appointment. The staff were very thorough with the exam & did x-rays with the latest technology I had not seen . Dr Ruf checked me out also & was specific on explaining my issues of concern! I’m looking forward to my next check-up!

Dr Ruf and Crystal are the absolute BEST!! I've been a patient for 10 years and would never consider anyone else. My husband, daughter, son in law, and grandchildren are also patients. I could go on and on. Love them and you will too!
