I have been in and out of many different daycares and preschools throughout my life here in Omaha and every other business pales in comparison to what Nikki has set in place. Tender Acres should be the new gold standard for what an excellent daycare exhibits. Nikki is in the business of people. THat being said she wants to ensure your child has the best and safe experience as possible while under her care. She will also help build your childs problem solving skills and help guide them in making good decisions. She wants your child to grow as a. person! Her genuine love and care for this line of work is unparalleled She also has an incredible staff. The employees she hires are people who share her vision and love for their profession. Employees such as Britnie and Brenda exhibit this behavior and help put forward the dream of Nikki. I would absolutely recommend Tender Acres 7 out of 7 days of the week!

My kids started this daycare about 3 years ago. My daughter has been going since birth. Pros: The price is great for the area and they offer military discount which was higher than other places. I absolutely love Brenda, Brittany, and Taylor. Cons: I didnt like that the older class didnt have an actual classroom. Some changes were happening that aren't necessarily bad but took away some of the perks of this daycare. My son was being upset by some of the changes that seemed to be happening pretty quick. We changed daycares because they dont transport to my son's future elementary school and some other personal reasons.

We moved our child to Tender Acres over a year ago and have never regretted our decision! He has learned so much and is excited to go each and every day! We would recommend anyone to tender acres!

I have had one or both of my children at TenderAcres/Tiny Town for the last 5.5 years. Nikki is the best owner of the 3 I have been through. The changes in the staff and center over the last several months have been great and I'm sad that my kids are old enough that we won't get to fully enjoy the end result. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the communication from the teachers isn't quite up to what I would like. They are using a new system and I think it's just taking some time for the teachers to get used to using it.

I feel so comfortable leaving my baby with these lovely people. The love her so much and deal with me, her crazy mom. The new owner is making some amazing changes and updating the entire daycare. I love TenderAcres and would recommend it to anyone who asks.

We switched our infant to TenderAcres about 6 months ago from a larger center, and are SO GLAD WE DID! From the moment I showed up for a surprise tour during breakfast time for the kids I have felt so welcome, even though it was poor timing on my part. The staff is always quick to respond to questions and are always willing to work with our requests, no matter how crazy they are. They also never make me feel bad or like a crazy mom with some of my unusual requests. But the thing we love the most is that everyone knows our daughter and always acknowledges her (even though she's a baby) giving TenderAcres such a small community feel. I could go on and on about all the things we love here, but all that you really need to know is that TenderAcres is an AMAZING daycare!

My son is going to this daycare since he was 5.5 months old and he loves it; now he is 3yrs old. All the staff are great. We love Brittany & Brenda, they are always there to answer and listen when I have to say something. Very caring, very understanding. He was lactose intolerant till he was 2.5yrs old and all teachers took care and we never had problems. Teachers always make sure my son is comfortable and happy. Never felt they hide/ignored to tell me if anything went wrong. He loves his teachers Amber & Maxi, he learns a lot and they do lots of activities with kids. Every morning he wakes up and asks if he will be going to daycare, that shows how much he loves the place and staff. He is close to be in pre-school and teachers are helping him to be with pre-schoolers couple hours a day to help him ease the transition. We love new owner, Nikki, she is amazing, we love all the changes that she is doing to make better place. I’m excited when my son will be in pre-school and she will be his teacher.

Our daughter has been going to this daycare for a year. The new owner has been great and so are the staff. She goes to bed asking if she has daycare the next day. When I pick her up she tells me everything they did that day. All the staff have been helpful and willing to do things I have asked. When we were potty training we did a 2 hour bathroom schedule I got a report every day with the times she went, who took her and if she did go or not. If we are working on something at home the staff has done the same. I would recommend tender acres

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Over the last year they have worked so hard to complete some needed renovations and improvements while dealing with the pandemic And a wild labor market. The owner Nikki and director Tyra really care about the kids and work so hard to make sure they are well cared for and loved. I’m sure it isn’t easy but they do a great job!

Tender Acres is so caring, compassionate and loving. My son has had a hard adjustment to going to daycare and the staff is there to greet and take him in the morning, and share a picture or a message saying he is calmed down. They also reached out to my family via the app; brightwheel and email. Checking in on him and myself while we were sick, during the business day and after hours. They are very responsive to messages (even weekends) when I have reached out in regards to questions and concerns. They always are friendly and talking to the children and parents. During drop off when walking away they always say have a good day, which always makes drop off easier, even when my child is crying to know they are there for support. I am so glad I brought my son to Tender Acres!
