Jackie is amazing! I literally drive 2 1/2 hours to have my hair done here. Color is always beautifully done. Cut and style leave me feeling flawless. Definitely worth the trip!

Attention naturally curly haired people without a stylist! Shelly is the woman you seek! She cut my hair damp and curly so she could see my curl pattern AND ITS NOT CHOPPY!! I found my new stylist! Thank you Shelly!

I arrived at Supercuts the day before Easter and 10 minutes before closing. The OPEN sign was lit and I didn’t get two steps through the front door before a hairdresser yelled at me from halfway across the floor. “We are closed, come back Monday!” I understand they wanted to leave, but perhaps they could have said “Hi” first? Maybe they could have turned off the OPEN sign? Maybe they could have asked what type of haircut I wanted and squeezed me in? (5-minute military cut with clippers) But no, as a customer, all I was worthy of was a shout from across the floor. So, I hoped in my car and drove 1 block north to Great Clips. Great Clips also was closing at the same time and they also had the OPEN sign lit. I walked in and was greeted kindly and warmly, like most mid-westerners greet people. They had me done 2 minutes after closing time. I am now a Great Clips customer for life and I warn people against Supercuts. As a side note, I told the Great Clips stylist what happened at Supercuts and they just laughed. They told me that my story sounded familiar and that they get most of their customers from Supercuts.

Shelly always makes it so easy to get in for an appointment. She is always positive and keeps the conversation going. My girls and I are always happy with our haircuts/coloring/eyebrow waxing when we go to her!

Carley was absolutely fantastic and did an amazing job. However zero stars for Shannon! One of the coworkers was having some personal issues and in front of everyone there went off on her for things she couldn't control. Also setting off major triggers for others in that situation that she was publicly sharing. I had to walk out a couple times to not let her hear it from me. Very very unprofessional as well as very inappropriate all around. Had I been the boss I would have fired her on that spot for doing that to her coworkers. As well as the triggers it set off on others. A couple people walked out and were also disgusted with her doing that. The women was already upset and was and dealing with a lot 100% did not deserve that humiliation. Shame on you Shannon. And to the other woman you're not alone and you should find a better place for yourself.

I asked for a fade I showed the lady a picture of the haircut I wanted and I got something totally different I didn’t want to be rude and storm out in front of everyone I’m not sure if her name was Sara but I’m not going there again I didn’t even get a fade very disappointed

I've always gotten taken care of promptly, either when it's a walk in or an appointment. Miranda is great at what she does. Even without a plastic surgeon on staff she is amazing at making me look as best as i possibly can. So she's a miracle worker in a sense. Plus she's great at holding conversation so it's not awkward or quiet at all. I actually look forward to getting my haircut now. Great cost, convenient location and friendly service overall. Would definitely recommend. -Michael-

Halfway through a buzz cut I realized that every single guard in her set was covered in hair, then I realized that there was hair (different colors and lengths) all over most of the instruments on her counter. When I walked in they were sitting in their own chair they had nothing to do, I honestly should have just left half way done when I saw it.

I just got my hair murdered by them. I asked for a simple touchup to clean up my sides. Specifically asked not to touch the top. By the time I walked out I had an uneven unfinished military high and tight. I’m the best man in a wedding this weekend and now I look like a fool. They knew I was upset and this is not what I asked for, didn’t bother to try an fix the situation, paid in full, very upset.
