Right off highway

I gave it 1 star cause for one night it was extremely pricey when I called the staff said it was 54+ tax which was 72$ and on the website its says free breakfast. I called on my personal phone and staff said no breakfast available... and it's 5 am and I hear people yelling and fighting out side my room door. And really noisy people next door yelling and talking all morning.

DO NOT GO HERE! Mislead by the stars and the backing of the Wyndham name, we stayed recently for a night on a road tip. I should have trusted my gut and immediately left. 1. There is no security from the parking lot. You can just walk in the doors, no key card needed. Lighting in the lot is limited. 2. The bathtub, complete with half torn construction sticker, had mildew and the sink drain wasn’t hooked up. We had to fix it to not overflow the sink. 3. The staircase in was broken. 4. There were strong odors throughout the hotel and guest room. Nothing seemed sanitary. 5. The clerk at the front desk looked at their phone the entire time we checked in and out.

Pulled in the parking lot upon getting out of my car with my mom there is two vehicles filled with people smoking pot upon letting letting management know they said they let it slide to avoid conflict and I quote he said " its omaha you know?" So when we got up to the room it had one bed we booked a room for two he said we didn't and they weren't allowed to change it so we left upon pulling out of parking lot Manger runs out telling us he found a room with two beds so we get in the room the bedding on the left closest to the door had been made but had stains visibly clear the second bed hand handprints on the head board from two people on that bed. The TV was crooked didn't work neither did the mini fridge or microwave law enforcement was called and by morning all the vehicles that were hotbed were gone. There website advertised breakfast there was only horrible coffee the manager said he knows about it my concern was the manager letting the major use of Marijuana slide and avoid calling police just to avoid conflict im sure as a employee thats allowed plus there were children staying. Will not be returning

Nowhere near as nice as the pictures. It was filthy with paper thin walls, brown stains on the toilet paper holder, thick dust on the bed headboards, yellow staining inside of the mini fridge, sticky feeling carpet, whole place smelled like cigarettes, there was trash randomly left in the halls, slamming doors and loud arguing in the halls at 2-3 AM, slimy feeling carpet, weirdly bubbly dribble was all you could get in the bathroom, and there was a HOLE in the shower wall. We booked it online and when there was an issue with our card that made us have to rebook by phone only an hour later they took advantage and increased the price. We were also charged with “breakfast included” in what we paid them but there was no breakfast at all, which was the only reason we booked there to begin with. From looking at other reviews, it appears that management is well aware that people have been expecting breakfast with their stay as is allegedly included in the price, yet for some odd reason they refuse to remove this nonexistent amenity from their listings. The staff was polite but, this was still the worst hotel stay of my life. If you like feeling even a little bit clean, comfortable, and safe, stay FAR away from this place

Very quiet, clean, & spacious rooms. Great staff. Will come back in the future.

When we arrived the lobby smelled and very dirty. The room was not very clean. The towels had brown stains on them. There was no toilet paper. I asked for a new bath towel they would not give it to me. Don’t really know how this motel is even open. Did not look like advertisement. There was no breakfast offered, they said they didn’t have permit for that. The pillows smelled. The outer doors were not secure anyone could walk in or out. Everything was bad. I have stayed at many Motel 8 ‘s but never one this bad.

We weren’t expecting much, but they still managed to disappoint. The whole building had a old, patched together, new coat of paint=renovation feel to it. The mini-fridge in our room was warm and there was not remote for the TV. Our biggest complaint was that the advertised breakfast didn’t exist. Apparently there is no breakfast due to construction in their kitchen. We weren’t expecting a big breakfast, but we were expecting SOMETHING. We wouldn’t have booked there if we knew there wasn’t going to be breakfast.
