I don’t understand how this place has so many 5 star reviews. They tell you what you have to pay, you pay and have your work done, and the next time you come back the give you another bill! EVERY time we go to them this happens. Now we got a $40 bill in the mail that was for a phone call that we didn’t even make! When we called them they said that was “just notes” and it was for something 6 months ago. This front office staff is very rude and the hygienist are hit and miss. Dentist is not detailed in his work. He filled 2 teeth that were side by side and I now have ridges on those teeth and have problem with food sticking to them. I told the dentist when he was doing them they didn’t feel right. Every time I floss it hurts and Yes- food somehow Sticks to the outside of the teeth! I even told them when I went back for a cleaning a few weeks later about the ridge and how things get stuck to the outside of the tooth. They told me the tooth was perfect. We won’t be going back.

My dentist is retiring and trying to find a new one was overwhelming; I had been seeing my dentist since i was a 2 yr old! so,,, a LONG time! I noticed Dr Sasse was in my network and all the reviews were positive!! I've had real bad experiences in the past with oral surgeons wirh root canals, a tooth being pulled, etc,, so i was very nervous about going somewhere new. Dr.Sasse and her whole staff (from the moment i walked in) made me feel like i was their only patient. I had a tooth pulled ( i had stubborn roots) and Dr. Sasse and Cynthia, her dental assistant, were so caring, from rubbing my arm (to relax me), to keeping me breathing at a normal rate, and explaining everything before she did anything helped so much! I unfortunately have to have other work done, but I am so grateful that I will be in great hands! I even went back a week later, for Mikayla (hygienist) hope it's spelled right, to have my teeth cleaned; teeth were so white! Even the receptionists, Debbie and John are wonderful, they discussed my options for payment and my charges in private and made sure i understood everything! I am so happy that I found my new dentist!! They are the best; I would highly recommended this place, Dr Sasse and staff for everyone!! Update: Dr. Sasse moved farther away, but I still kept coming to Summit Plaza Dental Care. I have been seeing Dr Stokey for at least 3 1/2 years since she moved. He is an absolute fantastic, caring, empathetic, patient, etc dentist that I will absolutely stay with until he retires!! I love how when I first started going to this location I was a nervous wreck, since I've had bad experiences in the past! But Dr Stokey and his staff, make me feel so welcome. I have literally almost fallen asleep in the chair from being so relaxed at my last teeth cleaning with Mickayla the hygienist! She is just as gentle, carrying, patient, etc,,, If you are in search of a great dentist and staff, please look up Summit Plaza Dental Care in Bellevue on the corner of jHighway 370 and 36th Street, you won't regret it!! Tell them I sent you!

I have been going to Summit Plaza Dental Care for 4 years now and love it. Dr. Stokey has been amazing to work with. He is kind, patient, and does a great job of explaining what he is doing and what my treatment plan is. Every hygienist and assistant that have helped me have also been very nice and make sure I know what they are doing. Lastly, the people in the office are amazing to work with as well. They have answered so many of my questions, give me details about payment options, and are always very friendly. My favorite part about this dentist office is they always seem to remember me. They ask follow up questions about my life and give me a sense that they actually care about me as a person and my dental health, which is hard to come by in the city. I hope I never have to switch dentist offices again!

It was great! First time in my life the needle did not hurt or feel like it was a foot long. The Doctor and Assistant were both very gentle and very nice and cared. I will highly recommend your office!

My children are TERRIFIED of needles but this staff is so good, they aren't in tears at the thought of going. Great staff, great business, great attitudes. 10/10 recommended!

I love this whole clinic. I appreciate that they are covid cautious, and that they are really good with patients like me that have had significant dental trauma and need a little patience and quiet. I always feel really comfortable coming in here. So much so that I decided to have a cosmetic dental procedure, which just a couple years ago I was too anxious to do.

The office is very clean and comfortable. The front office staff are always friendly and efficient. Dr Stokey and his assistants are all wonderful! Very caring gentle and sincerely committed to providing excellent dental care. I highly recommend this practice!

Summit Plaza Dental Care has been a great facility for my dental needs since my family and I moved here to Nebraska. The front desk staff are top notch and always friendly and helpful. On the technical my dental hygienist, Mara, has been amazing. A true professional that takes pride in her work and is extremely knowledgeable. All around perfect experience.
