Sport Clips Haircuts of Bellevue - Twin Creek

First off the service is a 5 and my stylist is amazing. The computer system Sports Clips uses is my frustration. I checked my time and it said 38 minutes, I started to get ready and then 5 minutes later it started 3 minutes. So now I hurry up and get here just to see my stylist taking some else back as I walk up. Now I have to wait when I signed up so I wouldn't have to.

Edited from 5 stars to 2. Multiple times I have used the online check-in system, arrived at the appropriate time and had the stylist suddenly leave for lunch or break, without as much as a heads up. Adding as much as 30 minutes to the wait time. What's the point of the app if you're still waiting in store for 30+ minutes?! You guys need to fix your system...

Worst haircut I have ever got. Basically forced me into something I didn’t want and gave me practically a bowl cut. I really don’t understand how you make a haircut that bad.

I’ve been going to Sports Clips in Twin Creek for awhile now and I’ll probably still go but due to a employee I had a very uncomfortable time when she began talking about religion and insulting my religion ( all I did was tell her what my pendant was for when she asked ). She also implied that Christianity is the only true religion. I would give the business a 5/5 rating but due to that incident I’ll have to give a 3/5 rating.

Was going to get my son's hair cut with Liz and checked in and my son's name came up first on the board. Then i was told Liz is with a client and after she was going to lunch. Also asked if i could have someone else cut his hair and i said no. I was told we came in late. That was not the case. There was a kid that just got done and the dad wanted his hair cut plus did not want to wait so Liz printed a ticket to start. If your name is not in the system for a hair cut and we was first then that guy should have waited or came back. After this we won't be coming back to this place. They really need to not use excuses for something that could have been fixed. Hope who ever is the owner sees this and get there employees to go by the book not do what they want when they want....

Why is the Bellevue location always 90 minutes wait to get a haircut vs. 30 minutes everywhere else in Omaha? Why are only half the chairs ever running in this establishment? Prices keep going up and this store can't seem to manage high volumes of people trying to hand you their money, where is that money going?

Went back after a few years, and now I remember why I quit. When I got home I saw that I had a very uneven cut and shaved way too close on the side-all after I mentioned I had been going to the base and was trying to get away from that style. Basically received a high and tight cut. Now I have to comb my hair much different until it goes back to the way I like. Don't go unless you know exactly what you want.

Scheduled online appt and was a 50 minute wait but when we got there it was another 1 hour wait. There was only 2 stylists on a Sunday, not ideal. Had a room full of guys waiting and the stylist took their own sweet time cleaning up and one took a lunch with 5 guys waiting. Not ideal. There was no sense of urgency to keep up with the traffic. I am usually pleased with their service but don’t think I will come back to this location. So disappointed.

Asked for mid fade. Told her not to touch the top but still did a bit. Not very friendly. Had attitude. Price is very overpriced. Wanted $29 for a haircut that took less than 5 minutes then wanted $9 tip after that. Left $5 tip and stylist made a comment about the tip to me and another stylist. I felt disrespected. Will not be going back

HORRIBLE. On top of high prices, this was the WORST cut we've gotten for our son. His neck line was messed up as well at his bangs were slanted, the trimming around his ear is uneven and RIDICULOUSLY cut. We didnt notice til we got home, or i would have said something right then.
