Spidexx Pest Control

I feel this company does a fairly good job, however, they are very expensive and according to the agreement I signed it is difficult to cancel once they start without paying a significant penalty. Also I have found it difficult to contact the office to request follow-up action to remove several mud wasp nests from my home. I asked one of the sprayers if he could clean them off and he told me that I needed to contact the office. I gave up and still have the mud wasp nests.

This is a local business and we’ve been customers over 2 years now. They are very responsive and come back repeatedly at no extra charge when the ants won’t go away. Recently we needed their services for drain flies. Unfortunately this pest is a specialized service and cost extra. Glad they’ll be back for a recheck in 2 weeks. They’ve helped with critters in the garage at no charge.

Door to door salesman who came and explained the service was friendly and not too pushy. The service tech that came and did the removal of a few hornets nests and sprayed explained everything and completed the services in a timely manner.

I have been so happy with Spidexx! The techs are super friendly and punctual and the treatments don't take long at all. It gives my bug-phobic husband peace of mind and that is priceless. He noticed a wasp by the gutter the other day and was like, "Call them now!" but they'd already scheduled our quarterly treatment and were out within the next couple days. It was awesome! I definitely recommend Spidexx!

We live by a lake where there is a problem with spiders, spider sacks and mud wasps. Spidexx came out and performed the initial treatment inside and out. We have not had an issue inside but thought it would hurt to be proactive and put down product as a preventative. However, the spider sacks outside are terrible. He worked to remove the, along with the mud wasp adhered to our soffits. He worked very hard but ran into difficulties where the stucco walls meets the eaves. I like that they retreat without an nectar cost. We decided to have them treat again in a month to ensure we have gotten the spider sacks under control.

I signed up for service to treat for spiders. They did 3 treatments at that time I had more of a spider problem than when I had sprayed myself. I contacted the company, after quite a bit of time on my part to get ahold of them. I told them I was unhappy with the results of the service. At that time I was informed that the so called deal I got to sign up meant I have to stay with the company for 5 quarterly treatment's. The quarterly treatments are $149.00, I think the spraying I had done myself did a much better job. I told them go ahead and bill me to complete my commitment to them. I definitely think the service they provide is to say the least inadequate. I paid $750 for very little result!

Overall I am pretty happy with this service. They never git rid of my carpenter bees but everything else has been good. Just did our first interior treatment and the ant issue from our back door has stopped. Very friendly technicians as well.

For our first visit, the technician and the supervisor came to our house. Wow! They were on time, very polite and explained everything. They completed the inspection, swept for cobwebs and treated all areas. Awesome experience. After many years with another company, my sister recommended Spidexx. Really happy with the switch so far.

They do a great job getting rid of all pests. Very reliable. Highly recommend. We will keep using them.

Service has always been helpful and we see results. Hardly ever had any insect or spider problems. If small insect issues arise, they are quick to respond when we report it. Have had the service for 3-4 years now and will continue to go through Spidex!
