I highly recommend Smart Choice. I live in Arkansas my mother lives in Council Bluffs, Ia. Scott has always been professional. He treats my 82 yr old mother with great care. I am thankful to have someone I can trust. That won’t take advantage of me living out of state. The price is always affordable. Again I highly recommend Smart Choice.

Our AC went out last night. I called at 730pm and someone answered. They came out today....early....and were able to repair the AC in about 30min. We were informed of everything they were doing and for a Saturday quick repair I though the price was very reasonable. I was given the chance to schedule farther out if I didn't want to pay extra for someone to come out on the weekend. Of course I wanted the work front but it was nice to be asked. Very professional and responsive all around. I will be using them for my future needs. Great customer service. As an update they replaced our system and were so open an honest about what we actually needed vs trying to upsell us like so many other companies I have dealt with before. They had great communication and even when things didn't go exactly as planned with our system they had a back up plan and talked it through with us The honesty and integrity will make me a repeat customer for sure. I cannot recommend them enough.

I called Scott at Smart Choice Omaha on the morning of a day projected to be 95 F & humid. Our 19 year old air conditioner had shut down in the middle of the night. In spite of having numerous calls for repairs, Scott made it to our home by late afternoon and had our AC running smoothly in less than an hour. He replaced the capacitor with a much better product and charged us a very fair price. We will definitely be contacting Smart Choice for future repairs and when it's time to replace our system.
