Serenity Dental

My family has had everything from routine cleanings to wisdom teeth extraction done at serenity dental and have never had anything but top rate care. Everyone there is professional and makes the dental experience a pleasant one! I have proudly recommended them to many people.

I was referred to Serenity Dental from a friend and couldn't be happier with my experience. All the staff I have encountered have been so friendly and professional. Dr. Neumann is very down to earth and although I've had some issues with my teeth since I've been there I've always felt comfortable in that office knowing they have given me their best advice and care.

Been going here for 7-8 years now and love it! They are always so nice and professional and caring! They are thorough but they don't try to up-sell and recommend a whole bunch of work and procedures that are not needed or needed until they really are. I had bad experiences with that as i child at other dentists in Omaha. The whole staff is friendly and amazing and they give appointment cards and courtesy reminder phone calls before appointments.Can't even think about going anywhere else at all!

We've been patients at Serenity Dental for nearly a decade now. We've always received courteous, friendly, and caring service from ALL staff. They are generous folks who will work with you if you can't afford all your services at once. Very family-oriented practice, as well. The staff has seen my son since he was 6 months old! It's no wonder we've never switched, and very likely will not by choice.

I have always had bad anxiety going to the dentist. So having to try someone new was a scary experience for me. The lady that prepped my teeth for a cavity did a great job and really helped distract me from being anxious. The dentist also was great at checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay throughout the filling

Very nice and friendly people. They are very down to earth and honest. I felt like they were focusing more on what was best for me instead of what was best for their wallets. Great place!

Not a place I’d go again and waste my time, money, or energy! I had went in a month ago due to a tooth issue that the dentist knew of and had me scheduled to get removed however I also had a cleaning appt schedule but canceled when I went in as I had other issues that needed to be handled with teeth before they cleaned them and the lady didn’t cancel so I’m called a liar and put on some same day only appt list. The office manager is completely rude and called me a liar because she couldn’t validate I canceled when I went in! Horrible communication and if the dentist would’ve done his job he would’ve removed tooth along time ago instead of trying to jump through loops and actually paid attention to his clients! Very disappointed!

Dr,Neumann did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and made sure I fully understood the next steps. To get my oral health back on track. Everyone here are super pleasant to work with. If you struggle with anxiety going to a dentist. I highly recommend coming here.

Dr Neumann is the best and his assistants are fabulous! Nobody can come close to my fear of dentists,so if you do have fears, Serenity Dental is the place to go!

I had such a wonderful experience during my appointments! The Dr. and staff put me at ease and explained the plan for care so well and why that was the course of action that was best for my dental health. Renee the Dental Hygienist was amazing! Will be recommending Serenity Dental to all my people! If I could give more stars I would, they completely restored my smile and gave me my confidence back! Thank you all!
