Sauced by Alfaro

Tried Sauced for the first time and I could not recommend it more! Portions are enormous and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time! Definitely have to try them out!

Me and my wife went the Sauced my Alfaro yesterday, we were told about the longer wait time but the food was worth the wait, I got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with S+P fries, my wife got the bang bang chicken sandwich with a side salad. When we got our food the food was hot and fresh made to order, it was amazing! The chicken was crunchy and juicy the sauces on both sandwiches were amazing! The Nashville sauce had a sweetness to it but had a heat build up that wasn’t too much, the bang bang sauce tasted like a creamy sweet Thai chili sauce which was amazing! The brioche buns were nice and toasted and held up against the saucy sandwiches. The cost was not at all bad for the amount of food and love that goes into each sandwich, and when we were finally done we thanked the Chef Alfaro for the food cause we were not at all disappointed in anyway, my wife seemed to have surprise her asking when the puffy nachos are coming back cause those were amazing as well when we had them in Louisville when they were out there. But all in all 10/10 I would recommend eating here the wait is worth it completely, and if you don’t want to wait in the restaurant you can order your food ahead and they will reach out to you when your food is ready.

We had heard about this place via the Omaha Foodies Group on Facebook and watched the news story online. Always eager to try something new, we made the trek down to Papillion to check it out. The store front was quaint and the staff friendly and helpful as we navigated the small menu to figure out what to have. We settled on a couple chicken sandwich boxes and fries. I give the Thai sweet chili sauce huge props -- it was really good -- but the meal was pricey for what amounted to just a fried chicken sandwich and fries in a cardboard box.

Ok so this little gem has absolutely AMAZING food; however, the reason why I gave it 4/5 stars is because the evening I went, they were literally out of just about everything I ordered or wanted to order. I ended up getting the bang bang brussel sprouts which the picture doesn't do it any justice with how awesome the flavor was, little bit creamy, crunchy and a little spice, a perfect combo! So the key is, order early. Secondly, I tried to phone in an order and the line was always busy so on busy nights or Thursday night for my trip, you'll have to walk in and order. I did love that they deliver to twisted vine on bingo nights, I love that those local businesses are supporting each other. Also the fact that they change up the menu all the time is great, it just stinks when you love something and can't get it unless they put it back on the menu. Overall, great food, good customer service and well worth a try!

Just.. wow!! We decided to try sauced tonight and we were so pleased! Very friendly staff. You order right when you walk in at the counter and then find a place to sit and they bring it to you. We didn’t know what to expect, so I thought I would note that. My husband got the Rueben sandwich…devine!! I got the grilled cheese and tomato bisque, unbelievably delicious. I never stuff myself and I just couldn’t stop eating! 😂 also, the fries are delicious and perfectly seasoned. Cannot wait to come back!

Louisville is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but Chef Alfaro definitely made this town a destination. All her food is cooked to perfection, burgers are so juicy, fries perfectly crisp, kids love their hot dogs, and this ex-NYer greatly appreciates Nathan’s dogs the chef uses. There’s really something about her food that keeps me wanting to gladly drive 30 minutes out of my way for simply deliciousness.

Do not miss the opportunity to sample all the amazing things Chef Alfaro thinks up. Sauced is currently take out only but there is an option to order your food via phone, sit at the bar next door, grab a couple of drinks while you wait, and have all the deliciousness delivered right to your bar table. We tried as much as we could off of the menu... The Mac & Cheese with Crispy Chicken The Bang Bang Burger with Cajun fries The Screwball Peanut Butter Whiskey Burger with Parmesan garlic fries (February Burger) Bang Bang Brussel Sprouts Bourbon BBQ Wings with Char Buff and the Crispy Cauliflowers Every single thing was perfect. My pictures could never do it justice.... Especially since they were taken out of to go boxes in dim bar lighting but I'll post them nonetheless. Seriously, go now.

This place is everything that everyone else has raved about. This is my second time eating here (first time dine-in), it does not disappoint! Shared bang bang Brussels with my husband, his first bite and look he gave me with it said it all. This place makes veggies taste good! Screwball burger, bang bang chicken sandwich, and butternut squash soup were also ordered today. We inhaled it all, not one bad bite. The quality and consistency this place puts out is one of a kind. I only wish there was more room for dining in, just a few tables around the line of customers waiting to order. Get here early, I arrived at 11:25am, by 11:35 there was a line out the door

Seriously, I can't say enough about the food here. Because when you visit, you can pleasure your tastebuds with: - Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos: These hand-breaded shrimp are plump and tender, but the batter provides a brilliant crispiness. The bang bang sauce adds a sweet & spicy creaminess, but honestly the best part is the shell. Hand-crafted each day, the shell defies science—it's fried and crispy, yet still chewy. It addles the brain, but you'll push through the momentary confusion to keep shoveling these tacos into your mouth. These tacos are not available at all times, but anytime they're on special, GET THEM. - Wings: Large and perfectly fried, Sauced allows you to char-buff the wings to add a pleasant smokiness. The Bourbon BBQ wings have a nice sticky sweetness and put anything from a chain to shame. But the Nashville Hot wings... holy cow. I think these are my new favorite wing. While the sauce has heat, it doesn't incinerate your tongue. Rather, some brown sugar adds a nice sweetness to balance the chili oil. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed these. - Crispy Cauliflower: Fat heads of cauliflower are breaded and fried to an excellent crispiness, creating a crunchy outer shell. So even though these bulbs are coated in the tangy bang bang sauce and jalapeno crema, they don't become soggy. Great as the food was, it was even more of a pleasure to meet Michelle. She's just a joy, and she takes so much joy in bringing her food to people. All it takes is 2 minutes of conversation with her to understand why Sauced is such a success. Her food is love and passion personified. To get Sauced, you order over the phone and are served in the Good Times Saloon in Louisville.

First time customer and it will not be the last. The team was really friendly and made great recommendations. They care about the food they are making and you can taste it. I tried a Cajun shrimp pita, the shrimp was well seasoned, the sauce complimented the shrimp and veggies perfectly. The Brussels are special. If you don't like Brussels try them anyway. I'm really excited to go back and see what else they think up. I can't say enough about the people, friendly, helpful, and they care about what they do.
