Was told Wednesday they would put my son on a list for Flag Football and told me that Friday afternoon would be a fine time to come in and finalize paperwork. When my husband showed up they had no recollection of this and there were no spots remaining anymore. If that would have been the case I would have made it a point to leave work to sign my son up the next day. Employees need to be on the same page... my son was so excited to play flag football and now he won't be able to until next year. Very disappointed in this location.

Súper clean location and staff is usually really good. Lately they’ve been hiring lots of younger people which is cool but don’t seem to be very knowledge. Also they won’t allow kids unless 6 months so now Im paying a membership but can’t even use because I can’t use the child care part which I need since I’m a single mom so I have no where to leave my kids. Use to be 6 weeks but before of COVID it’s now 6 months. Every other part of the facility has gone back to normal except the daycare. Also needs more space in the fitness center to do free weights and abs.

I love the windows in the weight room, like to watch the sunset. Nice place, staff very nice and helpful 👍 …

Pool hours need to align with child care hours. It’s BS that the entire first part of the morning is only dedicated to water aerobics or classes. Some people want to swim laps on their own and be able to drop their children off to be watched. Current schedule doesn’t not allow for that—needs to be changed.

I would move back to Nebraska for this facility. The classes are great! Annette’s classes are fantastic! High Fitness and Dancefit! Katie’s bodycombat and body pump are amazing! You get a great workout having fun! Child care is included with membership, 2 hours per day. Nothing but a positive experience.

Signed up for a membership, got a new job shortly after that offered a free gym. Went in to cancel my membership, filled out cancellation form and the front desk never submitted it. Was billed for 5 months that i didn’t attend the YMCA and had 0 intention to as it should’ve been cancelled. Reached out to customer service and was given very very poor help, and they brought up how I should’ve even paid more because i was an adult (i was a minor when i signed up) but they were willing to “forego” that. Horrible service on their end thanks to the front desk and the poor representative who assisted me. They even billed me another month the day after they responded to my email about this issue.

My granddaughter enjoys swimming lessons! The class sizes are small! The instructors are very kind and friendly. She learns something new every week!

I've always loved the Sarpy Y. I've been a member off and on for over 15 years. Most recently I came back because their workout classes are the best and they're so reasonably priced. I've been on their sports teams, used their gym, used their childcare, put kids I've nannied into their children's programs, swam at their pool, enjoyed their classes, taken part in their holiday festivities. The YMCA is more than a gym, it's a community!

Everybody I've been in contact with has been incredibly friendly and supportive. They have created a very positive and uplifting environment that is encouraging repeat visits. Also, the facility is kept very clean, which is impressive. While it is an old building, they truly make the most of what they've got.

We definitely appreciate the benefits that the YMCA delivers to the community with their support for youth sports. So many children in our Metro area benefit from these facilities. Thank you!
