I've tried to set up my "Scan and Go" @ my regular Sam's club with no luck. I tried setting it up on line. The lady hung up on me. I inadvertently ended up @ Sam's club in Papillon NE. And thought I would try one more time. Low and behold, Christian the lovely, patient, knowledgeable, understanding, wonderful woman @ customer service was able to get the job done. Christian is an amazing customer service and a true gem. Thank you Christian.

This is a fantastic shopping membership store. For you membership you get fantastic prices (typically lower than Walmart), low fuel prices (gasoline and diesel), and automotive maintenance. With prices seeming rising everyday, I always find great deals at Sam's! For those in a hurry, the "scan & go" is very convenient and saves even more on selected items!

Some workers here are fantastic. One worker name was Tom cruise and he was so kind and helpful- truly going out of his way to be the best employee he could be and answered all our questions. Thank you tom, he needs a raise. Now. Next I thought they had a nice selection. Just like Costco and competing prices. I wish they would sell steel cut organic quick cooking oatmeal like Costco but oh well. Nice store overall I took some pictures throughout the store hope it helped a little

I am a frequent member for Sams. I always wonder why there is limited staff in return section. I am writing this with best intension of improving Sams in store return experience. I had to return grill cleaner and my wait in line is 1 Hr!

I have been a Costco and Sam’s Club member for over 25 years. At one time I couldn’t tell a difference, however over the years Costco has been blowing you away. We finally had enough with the L Street location being under stocked, terrible service, and a poorly run food court. We went to the papillion location yesterday, to get lunch and pick up a few things. Food court line was back to the restrooms, only one person working behind the counter, tons of staff just standing around by the registers, and after close to a half hour of waiting we are told the ice cream machine is broken and there are no hot dogs. Frustrating! At least he was more competent than the gal on L street that said she could make us a pepperoni pizza to go, but that they were out of the ingredients to make a cheese pizza. SMH 07/09/2022. We made another attempt. Said they were open 12 -5, we came back at noon to hear no hot dogs, ice cream was down, and the pizzas looked awful. When will they get their business figured out? Here’s an idea: Observe Costco. Still SMH

Does anyone wanna explain to me why they have the store open if half your stock is out. If you’re gonna do work on your store and have it empty, close it. I’m addition I had to wait 20 minutes for my partner to arrive with my physical Apple Card because they aren’t accepting any for of electronic payment. even Walmart has machines that accept Apple Card. What a waste of a membership fee. Michael B of the front line is an absolute displeasure. At least Ray Ray tried to be kind and tried to help me problem solve by trying to get though my app. I couldn’t reset my password, at least Ray Ray tries. I will actively avoid this place from now on. Lord knows Michale B could care less. Ray Ray should have his position.

Went to L street location 3 times and this location looking for the inflatable water slide and we found Deb at the la vista location that found the slide with no problem and even pulled it down from the racks with a forklift team. She literally above and beyond to help us and she was very nice and very quick! I had a very pleasant experience with her that absolutely change my day after 3 failed attempts! She was amazing, I will be calling corporate also to pass along this message. Makes me want to drive an extra 30 minutes to this Sams club, just because of our excellent experience with her. She is the definition of customer satisfaction!

I rolled right in, I went straight for the meat department. It’s definitely my favorite for shopping for proteins. I got several other staples as well. I enjoy strolling through the seasonal isle as well. They are bringing all the spring items out. There is plenty to choose from as well. Everything from outdoor furniture to grills to bikes and exercise equipment. I used the app to pay and that always makes things fast. I never have to wait in line at a cash register.
