The worst services! Specially never purchase a Groupon coupon with Lauren. They are so unprofessional and rude. First of all they don’t receive call and then at last when they received they told that they will call back and they did it after two weeks and told me they are busy for next two weeks. So after those weeks when they finally gave me an appointment on that day just few hours ago before the appointment they cancelled it again and then told me the same thing that they are totally booked for next two weeks. It seems like they never want you to get an appointment and also talked to me very rudely. I am cancelling my appointment with them.

Left here and cried my eyes out! I went in for and ombré color and a trim to get the dead ends off my hair. I expressed that I am trying to grow out my hair so just cut the dead ends off. I went in with my hair curled and the stylist Amber started dry cutting it from there wanting to get the dead ends off before dying it which makes sense but she cut quite a bit off! Then after doing my ombré sat me down to work on someone else's hair and had forgotten to dye the front. She seemed much more interested In This other person than in me I felt very uncomfortable and like she just didn't like me at all. Maybe because I made the mistake of telling her I was just passing through on tour making it obvious that I couldn't be a local constantly returning customer. After realizing she forgot to dye the front part of my hair I asked how long it would take because I had a show in a couple hours at which point she started to rush through rinsing my hair in cold water telling me I would probably have to leave with wet hair! She asked me after if I had time to have it blown dry and I said yes please, I wish I never did that!!!! After she blew my hair dry she said she needed to even out the cut since she had decided to cut it while it was curled. She ended up cutting out most of the ombré I paid her to do! It takes a very very long time for my hair to grow anything at all and she cut all the way up to my shoulders and ran thinning scissors through it I have no idea why cause my hair is not thick at all. I lost all the length I've been growing for the last year and again the blonde tips that I paid to be done. Absolutely devastated with this salon visit makes me never want to go get my hair cut again!

Staff is very friendly and fun. Very up to date with hair styles, and help alot about certain product that I needed for my hair!
