Semi bare shelves. Not much besides hair dye.

It’s literally 6 minutes after the store closed. I was choosing my hair color and at 7 sharp o got told the store was closing and offered to comeback tomorrow. How rude

This is the only Sally's I will go to anymore. The manager is great. Friendly and not too pushy about jamming unwanted products down your throat. They have a nice and clean store, and knowledgeable staff. I really appreciated them not trying to pretend to know everything or give crazy advice as I have gotten from some of their other locations.

The products here are amazing. This is my favorite place to go for beauty products. This visit, however, I was disappointed with the service. It wasn't lack of but too much. We were asked if we needed help. We said no thank you. We just want to look. The lady proceeded to question us and recommend products. Not a bad thing in general but we were trying to have sister day and this is the type of thing we like to look and talk about and just meander about. We were there 10 minutes and the same salesperson came up to us like 5 times. Any time we spoke to each other, she popped up. Then a second woman popped up around the corner asking us more questions. We felt bombarded, crowded, and slightly harrassed.

Did not have a good experience at this location. I stopped by to pick up hair dye for my daughter. When we walked in, I spoke to the employee but she did not respond. While I was searching for the item my daughter requested, she came down the aisle but never once asked if we needed help. She just brushed past us. I noticed while we paid for our items that she did speak to other patrons who entered the store. I also noticed that she asked a lady if she needed help as we were leaving. I did not say anything to my shopping companion while in the store, and outside he remarked on how poor the service was as well as her disposition. I normally go to the location in Bellevue and will continue to do so in the future.

They always have what I want but the staff is clueless on the products. They are nice and friendly but they just don't know the products. And today when I checked out she asked if I wanted a bag for 15 cents!

Yayyy who doesn't love Sallys? This location is close to my house and in a large shopping center so I can do multiple errands at once. They have some great products (Sallys is actually owned by the same company that owns Cosmoprof, the professional beauty supply store) and they always have a sale going on for something in the store. They have the best hair cutting shears and clippers for cutting your family's hair and the staff can make suggestions as to whats best for your particular needs. I bought Wahl clippers and have a peanut and both work awesome. Staff is awesome and is always working hard because they have to be on their feet all day long, talking to people all day long. Will be my go-to for my hair care and nail care needs, as I'm new to the area.

I just wanted to buy a comb. I'm sort of partial to the Silkomb Pro-25 and Sally Beauty Supply has always been good at having the Silkomb brand in-stock. So, I go in to buy it. I get chased into the aisle by an employee giving off strong "I think you're a shoplifter and so I don't want to leave you alone in the aisle" vibes. I easily find the section I am looking for (it's not a big store). Then she asks what I'm looking for and then tells me I found it. No kidding! Maybe the fact I am standing in front of product actively examining it is a clue I found what I am looking for. Read the room, lady. Their comb section was BARREN. Huge swaths of missing product. I quietly left without making a purchase and noted the sour look on he face as I was leaving. Seriously? She's annoyed with me for what? Finding what I need without her help? Not shoplifting and depriving her of excitement? Or, maybe she was mad at me for her lack of inventory. I'm not sure why that would be my fault. Perhaps because I had the audacity to seek out something she's really short on? Greet me. Be friendly. Be nearby. Be responsive *if* I make an inquiry. Outside of that, shut up and don't stare at me. Ugh!
