Russell Speeder's Car Wash - West Center Rd

I have been an unlimited member here for many years but usually just come through and use the wash, vacuum and cleaners; however, last night I was in a tight spot and needed an attendant. For the first time I needed air in my tire and I could not get the tank to work. It was freezing cold so I flagged down Dupree (employee) who was on his way to perform a task. He listened to my problem, went over to my car, explained how the air pressure tank worked, why it was causing me problems and put 32 psi in my tire so I could get home. I came in at 28 and somehow I messed it up and was at 16 psi. There was no way I was going to get home south of Gretna with 16 psi. There is a new car wash going up in Gretna...I believe Rocket. I will pass on that and continue with Russell Speeders on West Center because of Dupree and all the staff there. They are all nice and full of joy. Obviously, customer service is important to me and ....to them!

I’ve been a member for over two years and the service is always amazing. Today I was assisted by dawn, Zach A, and Dupree and they were excellent in their eagerness to make my experience pleasant. Also the account manager Amanda is always helpful with all my account needs!

Love the car wash and their staff. They are always friendly, wave and thank you for coming. The VIP package is great and I love it.

The car wash was fine. The guy at the front was too pushy in trying to sell me the membership deal and the pricier washes. I had to tell him “No, I just want the express wash” at least 4 times before I could finally get my car washed. He got super defensive after every “No” and had the nerve to ask me why…challenging me on my answer. Terrible customer service.

They have figured out how to give you a good exterior car wash quickly with the ultimate or basic wash pass. High tech. They have a (thus far) an unsurpassed set of tools and cleaners for you to clean your car interior well quickly, too. Vacuums are excellent. Always friendly and helpful staff. Reaching out to Jesus. I had a great experience here. Jaime, the girl that helped me got me set up on a discount subscription. Before I went in to the wash, she saw a few things in the bed of my truck I forgot about and she took them out. On top of that, she walked over and out it back in my truck when I parked to detail the interior. Whatever they’re paying her, it’s probably not enough. She should be running the show there.

I went in today to get a wash and had a great experience. Jesus helped me out today. He had a big smile and you could tell he genuinely cared about his customers. We need more people like Jesus in our community.

The car wash itself was decent. My friend and I didn’t realize that the vacuums were only for members. At other Russell Speeders’, we have always been allowed to use the vacuums. An employee came down the vacuum line and told us to put our things away because we weren’t members and that I needed to read the sign. Wasn’t a big deal because there was definitely a sign there that I didn’t see before but as we were leaving, not a single car had a membership sticker on their windshield. All I’m asking for is some consistency. Can’t say that we’ll be back to this location.

We have the monthly membership and I’ve never been disappointed! From the point of entry (Taylor is great!) to the pre-wash, the wash and the outstanding detailing bays with vacuums, towels, interior cleaning supplies… top notch!

I love this place. No matter when I go or what the temperature is, I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile. Their vacuums are so powerful so they do an amazing job cleaning my carpets.
