Don't stay here! Room was very dirty. Sheets were threadbear. I slept in my clothes. I didn't bring my suitcase in. No hot water. Was willing to take a cold shower, but drain was clogged with people's hair. Gross!

The staff at the front desk was very kind and polite. However, once we got checked into our rooms it was obvious that they had not been thoroughly cleaned as we found multiple hairs throughout the beds and on the pillows, opened and used bars of soap on the sinks, and dead bugs on the bathroom floors.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. We had issues starting in the summer and it's gone downhill since then. More so within the last few weeks. To start we can't close our refrigerator because the "freezer" builds up so much ice that it stops the door from closing all the way, none of the furnishings (washcloth rack, electrical mounts) are mounted in properly, the lamp shades are so old that they literally rip and fall of the lamp, this week we went without hot water for 3 days (the manager's solution was to have everyone without hot water shower in random rooms with hot water, which was not only unsanitary but unsafe), the manager's threaten to have guests cars towed because their family members take up guest parking so actual guests have to park where they aren't technically supposed to, our toilet isn't even anchored to the floor, our sink has been leaking since we moved in. We can't bring this up to management because all they want to do is cover their own butts (yes we've tried to address issues before and it gets us nowhere). There are a few helpful employees we have encountered that are still here (housekeeping manager and the women who work on the weekends and after 3pm during the week). This place is literally only good for a short time stay, but if you're looking for extended stay go somewhere else.

Outside of building is in need of renovation. Building needs a new parking lot. Dead bugs in hallways were unsightly but rooms were very clean and nice. Pool and gazebo area was really nice as well and got the room for really fair price so good value for money.

If I could rate this Just Awful I would. These people are thieves and liars. They will come up with bogus charges, the management if beyond rude and if you dare complain, they will throw you out on the street and refuse to give you back your money because they will raise the rate on you retroactively. They honestly think they are doing you a favor letting you stay there and will tell you as such. The rooms were plain, it is a place to sleep, nothing more. Extended stay rates would be decent if that was actually what they were going to charge you. Only bright part was the housekeeper, who was wonderful.

We got to our first room and it stank of awfull animal smell. So we changed rooms. Our second room also smell of animals. In this second room our toilet got backed up was messed up for have the night. The staff were unplessent and rude. We will not be staying here again.

After checking in, I got on the wifi and did the check in things, and saw these reviews. Started to freak out I will admit. I ended up pulling back sheets getting down on the ground and looking around. I did breathe a big sigh of relief. The hotel room was very clean, ac worked wonderful, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, The oj was really good quality in the morning. I can say that my stay and my room were wonderful and I would stay again!!!!!

The room smelled horrible, there was dust and dirt along the walls, the tile floor was sticky, there was hair in the bathtub and and on our "clean" towels. There were ants all over the hotel room. The TV was giving us a no signal message …

The staff was extremely helfull and quick to provide us with extra blankets and towels, can't coment on the breakfast since we didn't get up early enough to make use of it.The room was comfortable and except for the size of the TV, I have a 62 inch at home so anything is small compared to that. Check-in and out was quick and painless.
