Rocket Carwash - Elkhorn

I used to like this place as it's a fast and affordable wash with an unlimited car wash option billed monthly. I have a custom matte paint job on my luxury car so I would always get the 'Full retract' option aka 'touchless'. They were great the first few months until just recently. When going through the wash you have to request a full retract, which I always did. The last 2 times I asked for it they said ok! With a thumbs up, as usual. The first time the brushes hit my car I assumed it was the new guys mistake. The manager rushed out to make excuses why the machine didn't work, never apologized but said he would look into why it didn't retract. The 2nd time I went through (a week or so later) I asked again for the full retract and he said ok with thumbs up and I said, be sure it works this time! He said ok! During that wash the brushes hit again. I called the customer service number and they told me they don't have touchless washes and they'll gave the manager call me right away. I asked to cancel my membership but they insisted I wait for the manager. 24 hours go by and no call. I called again to cancel and they finally agreed and said the manager would call me anyway. He never did. Moral of the story... it's not a true touchless car wash so don't trust it and don't depend on customer service from upper management.

I usually use rocket car wash with no issues, after a wash I noticed some scratched and asked an employee if it could have been from the wash in which I was directed to a manager. The manager that helped me took a look at the damage as well as camera footage and we were able to see at least part of the scratch was there previously. I appreciate the professionalism and making sure I got taken care of. Definitely deserves to be recognized, didn’t get his name but he has the Taco!

I witnessed the car wash equipment damage the car in front of me. Brian the manager told the person their policy is not to cover damage to vehicles. I heard several other case where vehicles were damaged and the company did not stand behind there mistake. I'm trying a different car wash

This place is awesome! I went once in my red 1966 Volkswagen Beetle and they did an awesome job! Nothing was broken and my car was super clean! Their membership only costs $19.99 per month and you can get a car wash anytime! The employees are very friendly and very helpful! I would recommend you go to this car wash than any other car wash. This is by far the best car wash I have been to!

We go here all the time. The staff is very friendly, the car wash itself is great. The mat cleaners are really handy and they provide cleaning and window sprays and clean towels to wipe down the inside of your car. They give you free dash wipes when you enter as well. It's my favorite car wash place that I've been to.

I purchased the top of the line car wash and interior cleaning for $37. I was very disappointed. An average car wash. Nothing special. The interior cleaning was very inadequate. Only half of my inside windshield was cleaned. You could see a line down the middle from one side to the other. The experience I had was no where near a $37 car wash.

Important info not provided when subscription was purchased. After being disappointed with the wash I was told by a worker the system was updated to exclude brushes from contacting my car because of the make and model of my car. According to him a previous customers car of the same model was damaged and cost rocket car wash 3000 dollars in damages. The owners decided to change the program so the brushes would be pulled back from any customer driving jeeps and other models they feel may be damaged. The company is aware they have a problem but still sell memberships to customers misleading them to what services they are actually paying for. I am not sure what other vehicle models fall under these restrictions. I guess I shouldn't have opted for the upgraded service.

Like the plan ideas along with the ease and quickness of getting my car washed. Also enjoy the vacuums. The one problem I had today was the black towels got "black" lint on the outside of my white car. I did not like that, so I had to rewipe my car at home. Check out your towels please.

Customer service is not great. I was told you could cancel membership anytime at any location… not true you have to go through a “retention hotline”. Car wash is mediocre and is why i was canceling membership. Tommys has better service and more locations… and its cheaper

This is a decent car wash. My wife has a membership for her vehicle whereas I have a Tommy’s car wash membership on mine. I would have to say that i prefer the Tommy’s wash but really like the vip treatment the Rocket uses with their members.
