I had a pretty uncomfortable experience here recently. It was my first time at this salon, and I came in for a hair cut with Haley. Things started out fine, but as we got to talking, she kept trying to convince me to color my hair. I had already mentioned my hair color was natural, and i liked it that way. After she said it a few more times, it began to make me uncomfortable. After we moved on from the hair coloring topic, she began to pressure me to buy products. I just smiled and nodded, and I told her I already had all the products I needed. I understand that commission is an incentive for stylists at Aveda salons, but in trying to capture a shampoo sale, you lost a customer.

Taylor was phenomenal! She really took her time and made sure it was everything I wanted and so much more! I’ve never been happier with my hair before!

Jacque was so precious and caring with me during my visit at Roar. She took her time to meticulously cut and style my hair while also pampering my to the fullest extent of our appointment. I appreciate your work Jacque, thank you!!

Such a beautiful salon, and I was completely pampered with great scented products, awesome scalp massage, and a stylist- Wynter - who is very knowledgeable. And Lauren helped me with my products and got me scheduled for next time. Thanks for a great experience.

Maddie does a great job matching a style to the shape of your face. She is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a committed professional. The salon has a nice atmosphere with friendly, welcoming people. Loved my first time here and will keep coming back!
