Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went to eat there today and were very pleased! Some years ago we felt rushed from beginning to end, even though the restaurant wasn't that busy. Today, however, we had a great experience. Ashley, our server, was wonderful and the food was very good!

Food was great. Service and cleanliness were not. Our server got our order wrong several times but failed to come back and check the table after our food arrived. I ate my entire burger before she came by. And a lack of staff was not the issue, there were a lot of them, almost one per table it seemed. The person that brought the food out could have cared less and never asked if we got everything, needed anything, etc. The entire floor in the entire place looked like a bunch of toddlers just finished a food fight. And again, there was plenty of staff. Food though, was really good.

The management and the waitresses were very accommodating with all of the things that were going on trying to make my friend's birthday in California the best that it could be considering it maybe her last birthday with us. Definitely made us feel very welcome and helpful with the situations that were going on. Our waitress kept coming back and checking making sure everything was okay.

No staff , waited 30 minutes for the few tables that they were using. Had to ask for drink refills and bottomless fries. Got our fries after we were done with our burgers. Food was good when we finally got it. Took up way to much of my day for a burger. Don't go here often but probably won't return. Gave three stars because food was good

Nice clean store. Alex was a great server. He was attentive but not annoying. The food was very good and served quickly although I requested crispy bacon on my Smoke and Pepper burger and it wasn't crispy but Alex checked on us just after we got our food and corrected it immediately. The restrooms were clean and well maintained.

always great. make sure to sign up for their rewards, you'll get free birthday burger! and a free tenth burger too with constant specials and deals for rewards members. the reason for four stars just recently i ordered a burger and it came out wrong, I knew i ordered it one way without cheese and the sauce, but they put it on. could just be a miss hap because this usually never happens, but i hate sending food back so i didn't say anything, im sure they would have fixed it in a heartbeat

My wife and I visit thus Red Robin from time to time and it's always good food. The service is also great. We tried the pretzel bites with beer cheese dip. It was amazing. I almost thought about making it my meal. The burgers are always good too. Great assortment of burgers styles. Also got the sweet potato fries and o e of the employees suggested a Carmel dip for the fries. You wouldn't think it would be good bit it is very good.

Have to love getting a small child's handful of sweet potato fries I pay an extra $1.49 for. C'mon... I don't think we are ordering from here anymore. Too many mistakes happen with our food at this location, about 50% of the time. If you want a roll of the dice on if something is going to be wrong, order here.

This is a great place to eat. Friendly staff, good food and great hours. When everyone else is rolling up at 9pm they're open late. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of how cold it is in the restaurant. The food comes out hot and steaming but the cold air blowing down from above makes everything cold before you're half way through the meal. I've gone at different times and sat in different areas with the same results. But I can only eat so fast! Never had a bad meal and I'll keep going back.

Terrific food- gluten-free options for the buns and fries. Plus the menu tells you the gluten-free alterations you can request on the different burgers, which is so helpful 😀 Recommend for anyone looking for a flavorful gluten-free meal for lunch or dinner!
