David was amazing. There was a bit of a miscommunication, and I was not home at the time of their visit. They made every effort to get back out the same day, which was amazing. I did some Google-fu and found this place and some other place that were highly rated. Quality Pest Control had more reviews so we decided to go with them and we are very glad we did, our Technician was David and he was awesome. He listened to our points and areas of concern, he explained things well, and answered all of our questions of which there were plenty. This is our first pest control experience and David did an amazing job, we're very happy to have him be our Tech and if the rest of the Techs at QPC are like David then it's easy to see why they have such high ratings. I will definitely refer.

Dalton came out this afternoon to do our external spring treatment. I had asked the company if they could go ahead and do an internal treatment today as well. Dalton came out and was prepared to do both treatments. Thank you Dalton! He was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, just genuinely easy to work with. He explained what he was doing today, how and why. He answered my questions in great detail. It was extremely helpful. I highly recommend Dalton and Quality Pest Company.
