Jeff was great! He was actually about 10 minutes early.. You're never going to go wrong with me if you show up early. The most important thing to me is how my dogs react to people who come in and I'm in and I have one dog that is very small but aggressive. She thinks she's a pit bull, she's actually a Chihuahua. And she's a biter, she followed Jeff around the house and just loved him. He came in did the inspection got everything done was very nice and polite and professional and and if I ever need pest test work again, these are the people I will call.

Jeff came and I showed him our situation with the moles. He explained what the moles do and what he does to get rid of them. Jeff explained their services and costs. I agreed and he got right to work treating our yard. Jeff was friendly and good to work with and hoping no more moles!

They are going to terminate my mole problem. Owen was a great service representative, he arrived early & evaluated my situation. He Identified that I have moles and explained how his organization will deal with them. Then he put me in touch with the front office to get a needed follow up appointment. Thank you, Owen!

I have been on a service plan with Payton Pratt since 2013, he and his team are very thorough. So thorough we have only called one time to have something treated outside our regular service program. A+ I should have written this review years ago.

Always friendly and polite. Professional company that I would recommend to anyone looking for bug/insect extermination. Have used for nearly 2 years. When I use Pratt consistently bugs go away. When I don’t bugs come back. 5 star people and business.
