I had a sink that was clogged behind the wall. Cody Hobbs was the technician that came out and I could not be more pleased. He was polite, courteous, and professional. He even updated my p-trap from metal rock plastic since the other pipes were plastic. He did a phenomenal job and will definitely request him again if we have any future issues!

I had a floor drain that was backing up in my basement. Cody Hobbs came out and was great at explaining everything and very straightforward. He did great work and am very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use this company again!

Plumbrite provided a quick estimate and responded within 1-week to perform work on my basement remodel project. They rerouted several water pipes, installed new water pipes and replaced an aging out of code sink drain. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Connor & his partner worked quickly & efficiently to install a new sump pump. I like how the company sent me a picture of Connor with a quick review of him before he arrived. Connor took the time to explain what he was going to do & then reviewed with pictures what he did & then gave me a tour of the final project. I would highly recommend both this company & Connor.

Incredibly fair pricing!!I Also very impressed with the quick response and getting a text with Justin's work profile and customer rating ahead of time. Seeing that really relieved a lot of stress. Justin then had the problem identified and repaired with water running before I even realized he had started. But above all I appreciate his professionalism and that I didn't have to explain why I believe no running water is a serious issue, unlike my insurance company that scheduled me an inspection 4 days later, and refused to offer any other options to even have an inspection. But I'm glad that happened because having Justin show up, and very quickly nonetheless, was absolutely the best possible scenario for my home and well-being after nearly losing my mind when insurance failed.

This company was very professional from beginning to end. They communicate well and are always on time. They were the last piece in an ongoing issue and did a great job to finish putting my laundry room back in order. Daniel was great and helpful-he definitely went above and beyond explaining a few things to me that would be helpful in the future.

Frozen pipes, called and immediately got service scheduled same day. They notified me by text/email 30 minutes prior to arrival and showed a pic of who was coming. Both plumbers were outstanding! They wore booties to protect the floor, we’re clean, professional, pleasant, amazing. Far and away the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had!

We were so thrilled with our experience and service. Jim was able to come out same day when our water heater began to leak. He was patient and had great knowledge on our needs. He was no pressure and allowed us time to research and make our decision and was able to get our install done the next day! We now have a wonderful new hot water heater!

Everything went well and seems to still be working fine thankfully! They followed through on everything they said they would and did quality work it seems. One plumber maybe wasn't super professional, but I'm not worried about that. One was still learning but worked hard. He may have made some very minor mistakes, but he worked hard and cared about the quality of the job, so I didn't mind. My home was left very dusty and dirty because of the work. I wish that dust at least could have been minimized more, but I know this work is messy. The office people were very responsive. I did have like 3 or 4 different people and numbers contacting me, though, and that got a little confusing. I would have preferred to do the negotiating and communication of time and price with one (at most two) people in the office. The priced seemed high, but I think that is just our world now. Everything costs more. I'm willing to pay more if the work is high quality and will last, though.

My family closed on a home on May 26th, on May 27th we found standing water in the basement.. we called plenty plumbing companies but PlumbRite was the first to respond and the best in Price ! Melanie was great taking the service call, Cody was an awesome sales person who explained the issue, showed us video of the sewer and even returned after the repair to see how it was doing! The technicians who came to install the new sewer was respectful, responsible and super fast! Plus the job was done right away (within 48 hours)! I recommend this company to any and everyone who “needs a job done rite” !
