Absolutely the favorite part of my day! Mark W. has changed the way I look at fitness! I love that the daily classes are always different and present new challenges! The front desk staff are always greet you by name and with a warm hello & and equally warm “have a nice day” Adding PF and the personal training sessions to my daily routine was the best thing I’ve ever done!! Thanks Mark and the PF staff for making my workout the best part of my day.

I travel a lot, and I've been here twice now. Great environment to workout depending on the time you do it, I did it early once then late the second time. More people arrived at normal rush hours. But I saw enough space to workout comfortable. The reason for the 4 stars is because even though i workout twice on a 7month difference, it seemed both times there was an issue with equipment.

So recent gym convert here. Aka this is the first gym membership I’ve ever had. I love that there are diagrams on all the machines on how to use them and what muscles it works. The staff has been friendly and unobtrusive. And the other gym goers have been polite, and also unobtrusive. (I’m anti-social so this is a HUGE plus for me) The facilities and machines are clean and I LOVE that they keep wipe down stations in central locations for each area allowing for a quick easy wipe down. 10.00 a month, for a clean 24 hour gym. I am so happy with my decision to get a membership with Planet Fitness.

The gym itself is not bad, trying to cancel is horrible. I went in person the week before I moved to cancel my membership and thought everything was fine. A month later I get charged again despite cancelling, and was informed the girl had cancelled another person's membership instead of my own and I wouldn't get reimbursed for the extra month charged. As a student with limited time and money, it was a huge hassle to get everything sorted out. Would not recommend this place.

The gym is clean has a lot of equipment. The problem that I found is that I couldn't run faster than a 10 min/mile pace without feeling like the equipment was going to crumble and cause serious injury. I cancelled 31 days after I joined. That same day, I was charged $41 for their "annual fee". Just talked to the manager and there is nothing they can do to refund the $41. Non-negotiables are a red flag to me and had I know about the fee in the first place, I would have never have joined the gym in the first place. I will not come back to this network again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. Too many hidden costs.

Some of these reviews are a little too critical for a $10 a month membership *eye roll* for 10 bucks you're getting a great deal. Only complaint I have is the selection of free weights and lack of normal benches/racks. All in all, great gym if you're just looking to workout and not do anything too crazy.

It's a nice gym, they have all new equipment. I love the red light tube and the massage beds after a hard workout. I don't prefer this location as some of this staff is friendly but others behave like you're a nuisance if them if you ask them anything. There are usually a lot of other members who like to camp out in the 30 minute circuit area rather than using the other weight machines for their regular reps. Asking them not to or the staff to address it does nothing. I prefer the one in Papillion for my workouts but they don't have a red light tube there.

I love working out here. It is amazing and I don't feel judged .

I used to go this location because it was convenient and close to home but I moved, but now I go out of my way to this location because the staff is awesome and always helpful. The early morning crew is friendly and welcoming. If there is any cleaning issues they get to it immediately. No hesitation never a mess.

Have been a member here shortly after it opened. Plenty of nice equipment, nice massage chairs, friendly workers. Have never seen it become dirty, so I don't know what others on here are talking about. Seem to get equipment fixed fairly quickly if there is a problem. Have never had any issues, inside nor outside of the gym; have gone to the gym a variety of hours around the clock. Zero issues with payments. Parking lot is patrolled by security at night. I am an older lady (past 50) and I feel safe here whenever I come.
