Eric was on time, personable and professional. He requested me about the issues, prepared a minor and major bid. I approved the bid he started right away. He finished the job, showed me the results. I was pleased.

Had a terrifc tech (Raymond) come out and support us with our apartment shower and water heater on a Saturday and we couldn't have been more pleased with his ability and professionalism. 10/10 would use again.

Moved into our first house and needed to get our hvac serviced. They were and scheduled to some out quickly. Jacob and Omar came on time and did a terrifc job checking and making sure everything was working properly. Since it was the first time we had a hvac serviced we had a number of questions and they were really patient with us and answered everything. Overall, great experience. Will definitely use them again and hope they keep sending us Jacob and Omar.

We had a basement ceiling leak. Ali worked super quick to assess and narrow down the cause and location of the leak. He did a thorough process of elimination. It ended up being the refrigerator water line. Ali checked it before we began breaking through any drywall and saved us money.

Leroy was an superb plumber and communicator all along the way with our kitchen sink plumbing repair. I would not hesitate to call them to do project again and in fact recommend heating and cooling in Ames Iowa!

I received next day work and the plumber (Leonardo) came during the assigned time frame on that day. He explained two options to solve my plumbing problem. I chose one and he started to work to fix the problem. He was polite, professional, and promptly completed the task. I was impressed with the way my call was handled in the front office and the service provided onsite.

Only took one day in order to get a repairman to my building after I called, and it wasn't an emergency. Rhonda was my repairman and she was AWESOME! She was detailed and thorough with her review of my air conditioning system and even cleaned up some wire issues, just because she is THAT professional. I would endorse these guys, and Rhonda, all day long.

Patrick was fantastic, he came on time and worked and to complete our kitchen sink disconnect and reconnect. He was even able to clean up and reinstall the pipes under our sink to alleviate a leak issue left by a previous plumber/home owner. We appreciate your professional work and expertise. Thank you!
