The employees are very friendly and helpful. They really care about your pets and take the time to asked questions, give advice, and relate personal experiences.

I went through 2 or 3 other places for pet grooming and nobody seemed to know how to handle my high strung rescue hound until we lucked into Samantha at Petco in Bellevue Nebraska. My dog LOVES her and gets excited when the place comes into view. Toothbrushing, nail trimming/buffing, ear cleaning…no problem! I don’t know how Samantha does it when nobody else could, and I think my dog would rather stay with her than come back home with me! Can’t recommend Samantha highly enough :)

I give them 2 stars now. They have some employees that aren’t very friendly . Or they are always messing with there phone. They have had little containers of crickets they have been dead for weeks now.

We went to Petco tonight to get a light fixture & bulbs for my bearded rank. The cashier, Chase, was playing with a slinky complaining about the full trash can. Anyways, I put my phone on the counter & said for a price match. He proceeded to ring my items up without doing the price match from the Website. I said again I have a price match. He huffed and acted like it was a pain but put it in. He acted like he did not want to be there at all. He is not a good person to be inter-acting with your customers.

Not much selection in dog items and when I asked an employee for help he acted like what I was asking for wasn't real. We use dog cologne, don't we? There was a girl employee who was awesome with fish information though. She's the only reason I give 2 stars!

The employees at the Bellevue location are the best. My rescued shelter dog was very unsocialized and they go out of their way to make friends with him. At the grooming shop they are so good with him for his nail trims. Merle loves his friends at Petco!

The associates will tell you that there is a 30 day return on fish which they will then tell you is a lie. I asked for the store manager and someone named David will then tell you the associate should made that up. I asked for Corporate offices number and he said yeah go get it off your receipt. I asked the associate for corporate and she just looked at me. There is a reason they out all their fish on sale because they are sick and will die in a week. The absolute worst customer service I have ever received.

Another day at the groomers for Mr Toby. When I picked him up he was in a joyful mood. Thanks Stephanie for a job well done. I have been getting my dog groomed at this location for years. They are friendly and the staff at this location do a great job. As groomers they have earned my trust. 05032021 NWC

Petco is always a fun start for me. I typically come here to grab some Scooby snacks for my dog. I enjoy them because it’s not bad for the price plus I get to choose what I put in the bag and it sold for the pound. It’s a nice treat for my Chloe so I don’t mind doing it at all for her. However this store does have a significant amount of variety in it. I enjoy browsing the fishtanks and all the other critters in the other tanks that they have. They got a pretty broad variety. From hamsters, to snakes, spiders, birds, and many many more. If you’re looking for some type of specialty diet for your critter they got plenty of that too. They got everything from fresh refrigerated items to can items to dry items. And let’s not forget the treats. They have literally hundreds to choose from. The staff is always friendly and are always willing to help. I always get asked multiple times if I need anything. The facility was a little cluttered today. It looked like they received a truck and they were working very hard at restocking the shelves with the items that got brought out. Overall Petco is a great source for your pets. Give them a shot you won’t be disappointed and don’t forget to bring the kids.

We take Caroline to Petco about once a month for a nail trim and buff, we also take her about once every three months for a full groom- bath, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning and nails. They do a great job with her and are super sweet with her. Great place with tons of pet supplies of the highest quality.
