Petco

Its small animals are in good shape but its was almost impossible to find help from employees. We were there on a monday afternoon and there were like 3 in the entire store including cashier and dog groomer.

My son and I went to get a fish. The associate told us the right fish for the size tank we had at home. She told us how to feed and care for it and because of her service and knowledge, we will definitely come back for whatever pet needs we will have.

Very friendly employees who treated my sister's dog quite well. Nice clean store with everything we needed at a reasonably low price.

My boyfriend and I went in looking for a new kennel for our dog, he has been breaking out of his current one we have (all metal caging). The shelf was empty of the size we needed, so I approached the gal working up front and had asked if there was any left somewhere else in the store or if we could order online. She walked over there with us and continued to show us another all metal caged kennel, to which we told her we didn’t want to purchase because he keep destroying them and hurting himself trying to break it open. The lady argued with us and told us it was impossible. Well lady I promise it is possible because he’s hurting himself and prying the metal apart. He is a Rottweiler and is very strong. My boyfriend wanted to look at the price and she rudely told him to download the app and scan the barcode to find the price himself then walked away. I told her we would just leave and find help elsewhere that isn’t a PetCo. I suggest new staffing this location. We didn’t deserve to be talked to like that especially because we knew what we needed exactly and we’re worried for our dogs safety. And we’re not rude to her in the slightest.

So sad. We just got our first fish tank so we went to just look and half of the tanks at just this store were so dirty tanks filled with so much algie you couldn't see in the fish tanks. Dead fish floating and on bottom of tanks. So sad. The store stunk so bad

The ladies here have me at a loss for words. Their customer services sucks because they're rude. The yelled at me for trying to get my own crickets because I'm not qualified. Then made me get em on my own In the end. Then the red headed cashier whipped her head around and smacked me in the eye with her hair and proceeded to say, "excuse you!" Boo!

The sale prices are nice. Regular prices are high. Good selection of dog and cat food. Staff are always friendly. Groomers seem to know what they are doing. Frequent visitor.

Bought 5 fish last weekend. One died and when I was checking out they told me there was a 14 day return policy. So I brought it in and they told me I had to bring in a water sample. I guess I get it. Alot of people just getting into aquariums lose fish due to their own faults. But why mention your return policy if you're not going to tell me I have to bring in a water sample too. There was no print out on the receipt, nothing. So do I have to find your policies online myself. This is why you should go with a local fish store. These big chains sell bad fish and make you do the running around.

They have a pretty good selection on most things but have a very limited or non-existent selection for extra small dogs (Yorkshire terriers size). Sadly, they are extremely expensive compared to the same items and/or similar items sold on Amazon. I will say, the staff has always been friendly and helpful to me, which is one of the main reasons I even come back. If they could work on better pricing and selection for extra small dogs, they would have much happier customers!

Danielle was so sweet and kind. I'm thankful for Petco. My dog loved everyone there and she was so happy when picked up! The Halloween special package was amazing. We will visit again. Thanks Petco!
