I been using Pet Supplies Delivered for over 40 years, back when it was called Omaha Vaccine. They have always had the best prices and the best service online. Fast shipping, too.

Horrible online service and horrible customer services!! I ordered vaccines for my cat and they shipped within two days and when i received the they were hot!! Even though they were in a styrofoam container with ice packs. Almost like they did it on purpose because i didn’t pay for the expedited shipping and “warranty”. They said they will not replace it or refund me. Even though it says if you are not satisfied you are offered a refund!! LIES!!! Don’t purchase from this company. Also Nicole who i called and talked to is absolutely rude and should take care of the customers better. Also she told me that i would have got a better shipping quality if i purchased the expedited shipping. Lol nothing but a joke these people are. And the vaccines were only $5 each. It’s not like I’m asking for something huge to replace. But they’d rather have an upset customer over it. What a shame!

The rabies vaccine came in two days I had no prob with the order and customer service did a great job

This is my first time to order from Pet Supplies Delivered, and I am grateful for the great Black Friday prices (as well as their standard prices), the outstanding customer service from both Lisa and Cody, and the timely delivery of my product. Since medications and treats are time sensitive, I recommend looking at what you have on stock, calculating expiration dates, and calling for what is on hand for your needs, if warranted. I recommend this for any site as they don't know your circumstances and you don't know their stock. Pet Supplies Delivered accomodated my needs with patience and grace.

Do not buy vaccines here. I put in an order for 2 feline vaccines and they got here warm as ice packs melted so can't use them. Called today to have them send new ones and they wanted to recharge me plus have me pay an additional $35 for overnight shipping now. I would have been willing to pay the extra shipping but not paying again for the vaccines!

NO STARS To the New Customer's look on Better Business Bureau b4 doing any business with this Company!!! I wish I had. Scott/Owner I will not be using ur company ever again!!! You did not do rt by the customer at all!! You didn't add extra ice as I was told. Also was told 2 different story's on what happen to the order. The story I was told it sat in the warehouse package over the weekend. You have stoled from a customer. Scott you could of made it rt but didn't very disappointed.😔 My shots were sent 2 me warm poorly packaged. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WONT MAKE IT RT YOU WILL JUST GET THE RUN AROUND. THIS IS A CRACKERJACK COMPANY. To the 0wner shame on you!!! I would be very embarrassed even writing back to me on my review. You did not do the rt thing if u really cared about your Business and Customers you would have made it rt and u didn't. It was done wrong at ur end!!! I was told the Vaccines wouldn't be mailed out not tell Monday but I got them Tuesday somethings very off here. And it say that on the invoice also was told it would be Packet with double ice and was not. It's really really sad it went this why I referred this company to family and friends and they were going to order from u also. I had to let them know what happened to me and not to do business with u. UPDATE ON THIS WHOLE DEAL. I FILED A CLAIM WITH MY BANK WAS ABLE TO GET MY MONEY. Pretty SAD IT WENT THIS FAR. I JUST NEEDED SHOTS FOR MY KITTENS 😸
