Dr. Carter gave me his cell phone after putting in my temporary crown. He said call anytime if it falls out. Of course it was on the weekend it fell out, and I was going out of town Tuesday. He worked me in on Monday got me a new crown and his wife placed it for me so I could leave town Tuesday. The dynamic duo!

I have been a patient at Paragon dental for about 14 years now and they are by far the best dentist office I have ever been to! They always took the the time to listen and get to know me on a personal level. I feel completely at ease whenever I go to the office. They listened to me about me dental goals and also my life goals. So much to the point that I got offered a position there and now I work the front desk! I couldn’t be happier and more grateful to the Carters for everything that have done for me. It’s truly a pleasure being both a patient and employee there.

Paragon Dental is wonderful! I broke a couple of teeth in a fall, they saw me immediately and I had temporary crowns by the next day. They are friendly and they know me, I'm not just the next patient to be seen. You can tell it's a positive work environment for the employees by the way they interact with each other and the patients. I highly recommend Paragon Dental.

It may seem hard to believe, but I find a visit to this office to be most relaxing and satisfying. Peaceful atmosphere, high focus on environmental safety, unified team approach to each patient makes me feel at ease. And, my teeth feel great when I leave. A very thorough exam. What an added bonus to find a team of knowledgeable, personable people dedicated to giving detailed attention to the patient's current health, as well as goals for future dental and overall health! This dental practice reminds me of a hidden gem cafe tucked away without the giant signs or flashy exterior to hint at the experience within - everyone should be so fortunate to experience the level of care that happens daily in this practice - their dedication to dentistry viewed through the lens of overall relationship to the body and impact on your well being is world class - coupled with decades of ongoing training and investments in technology that will blow your mind - if you have any mysteries as to challenges you might be facing that seem to have a connection to your oral health - as well as creating / maintaining a beautiful smile - you will find answers here. The only thing better than the quality of their offering is the quality of this team as a whole and how you will be welcomed into their practice and cared for… If this sounds like an advertisement or a planted review … Well I hope it finds you and speaks to you - it isn’t - I drive from Kansas City to pursue very unique and life changing services/treatment they provide - the words are just a small token of my appreciation and hope that others hear about this little amazing gem of a dental practice

Unfortunately after a few visits I went from thinking Dr. TORRES-CARTER was great to completely upset. First appointment she made me comfortable with a blanket and rice pack which was a great experience but after a few appointments I noticed she was very disorganized. She left the room at least twice an appointment because she didn't have what she needed. Her receptionist has to be hounded to send the information into insurance. In fact I am still waiting for them to send a diagnosis to the insurance for a procedure that my daughter was referred by Torres-Carter to get in January 2022. A $1400 procedure that hasn't been processed through insurance because she won't send the reason why she wanted my daughter to have a tounge tie reversal to our insurance. She also canceled two appointments on me which was a huge inconvenience.

Paragon Dental is the absolute best. Drs. Torres and Carter are the friendliest and are dentists with the utmost expertise in their field. They truly care about your whole person (and I mean whole! Family, career, and physical health). I’ve learned so much from them and make a nearly half an hour drive from home just to continue seeing them for my dental needs.

Dr. Carter is, by far, the best Dentist I have ever had. I have been Dr. Carter’s patient for at least 20+ years. When we moved to NYC, I would fly back to Nebraska to do all of my dental work with him. Prior to finding Dr. Carter, I hated going to the Dentist for fear of what might happen (pain-wise). Dr. Carter & his team immediately put me at ease from my first visit, some 20+ years ago. He genuinely cares for his patients. He wants to make them feel comfortable by showing empathy, compassion & tenderness, especially, when you have to have work done. I feel blessed to have found a Dentist that invests the time he does to trust that he has your best interest at heart & making you feel at ease; eliminating that ‘fear’ or anxiety factor that naturally would arise knowing I had a dental appointment showing up in my calendar. Now, I just look forward to seeing everyone in the office & hearing how they are doing instead of being one big stress ball for days prior to the dental appointment, just dreading the thought of even going. He always has my best interest in mind with the least amount of pain possible. He even numbs the working area so well, that you barely feel a thing. It’s still ‘the Dentist’; however, I wholeheartedly trust Dr. Carter & his staff to make me the most comfortable in the least amount of pain possible…for a Dentist, there’s some huge kudos there, just for that alone.
