We scheduled them to bring Grandpa to our Thanksgiving dinner on the Saturday following Thanksgiving. I called about 30 minutes ahead of their scheduled arrival to confirm they were ontime. They informed me that he wasn't on their schedule and they were all busy elsewhere. This was a complete and utter failure. A lame apology didn't help... Avoid them at all costs.

If I could give negative stars I would. This company has neglected to pick our son up from school more times than I can count. That is absolutely inexcusable. Not to mention if you call their office they are incredibly rude and sound like they have no clue what is going on.

The driver's are absolutely horrible. I was cut off today by a black Dodge caravan with the business name on the side of it. She then cut off multiple other vehicles almost causing numerous accidents.

Very rude and Inconsiderate drivers. Usually take up two spaces when parking in front of the Papillion Lavista South high school. Several other parents have complained about their parking and lack of consideration. Would never use their service or recommend it. Would give zero stars but do not have the ability to actually do that.

I will never use this company again, my mother had dr. Appt. And is recovering from sugery, the person they sent would not transport cause there was 4 steps to take her down to driveway. Have done it 10 times already and one person in back and one person in front one short step at a time. Im the second person. Plenty of help. Not building a ramp in front of house for short term problem. When the 4 foot high person assessed problem, she got on the blower to boss to refuse to help. Told me other drivers shouldn't have helped me and my mother. What a non helpful person all she's willing to do is roll her in her wheel chair a couple of feet. 74.00 every time they come to pick us up for appts. OUT OF OUR OWN POCKET. Just take the money and do nothing for it. DISGUSTING!!! THERE SICK PEOPLE!!!! Again I would not use them.

I have been left standing in the cold on multiple occasions because my driver does not show up. When I call to ask about it, the lady I speak with is EXTREMELY rude, the fact that this is still going on and yet no change has came about is absolutely ridiculous. It’s time for Papillion Schools to do their own transportation because this is trash.

If I didn’t have to give it a star I wouldn’t. The person that drove smoked right before picking my son up from Madonna Rehabilitation to go to his doctors appointments. So we walked in smelling like an ashtray. To top it off the vehicle was disgusting. My son is getting over an infection in his initial surgery site. Cigarette smoke is not something he needed exposed to. Plus they were 30 minutes late so we were late to his appointment.

I was passed by a vehicle from Papio Transport on L Street this afternoon traveling approximately 60 mph and attempting to weave through traffic as though he were being chased. Worried that he was involved in something similar to the plot of "Speed," I kept back some distance when he was forced to stop at a light, pulling up cautiously in the lane next to him, to notice him screaming at the car in front of him for having the complete audacity to stop at a legal red light. This screaming did not diminish in intensity for not only the duration of the light, but as the J. Jonah Jameson-channeling gentleman drove away, as well. As there were no passengers in his van, I can only assume he was transporting a cooler with a human heart for surgery that needed to be completed within the hour, and had underestimated Millard traffic conditions at 4 p.m. on a weekday. Anyways, for someone with the name of his employer on the side of his van, this guy drove like he had rabies. If you're looking for somebody to drive your loved ones, you'd be safer pushing them downhill in a wagon.

This business should be closed. The lady that answers the phone should be fired. The most unfriendly person i have ever spoke to. They sent an old man to pick up mom. He got my mothers foot stuck under the wench rope while tighten it. My poor mother let out a scream and he kept wenching it until i yelled stop. Waited 45 minutes for a ride back. The van was so noisy inside you had to scream to talk. I think this company is all about money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. By the way my poor mother is 87 years old. Still has a bruise on her foot.

I had a client that is wheelchair bound wait for nearly two hours for his ride. This to me is a form of elder abuse and care providers should avoid them at all costs.
