Such a poor experience, I told the nail technician Kelly that she was burning my nails when filing them down with the tools. She said nothing. I asked for a classic red, and the red I got was more of an orange. So we tried a different color and it was a pink. I was told the colors come out differently on the nail.. so i kindly asked if she knew which one was just a classic red color, and she said she didn’t know and you just pick a color. I honestly should’ve just left then. Everything was rushed, and the costumer service was awful. When I spoke to the management nothing was done, not even an apology. He said he would look through the cameras and give me a call, because Kelly is a “top” technician. Completely invalidated my experience and said changing colors takes too much time because they need to get to the next person.

This is the nail salon I have used for some time now and I've always been for the most part happy with them, however I've noticed a pattern at this salon that I've never experienced anywhere else - they repeat the price of whatever service you're getting and repeatedly ask you if you understand. The last time I was there I got asked if I understood the price 3 times. It almost seems to insinuate that they think you can't afford it, which I'm sure is not what they're really doing, but it's how they come across. I finally joked with my tech saying " Yes I can read!" and laughed after I said it so as to not make her uncomfortable, but she made me uncomfortable initially with how she went about it and it's not the first time this has happened. Management might want to address this as this may be viewed as discrimination. Other than that I have no problem with this salon.

Visited Papio Nails for the first time for a manicure & pedicure and will definitely be back. My nails look fantastic! Everyone was very nice, no painful cuticle trimming etc. like has happened elsewhere, and the facility itself is open & nice. Highly recommend.

This was my first time here, I got a mani/pedi. The nail tech I had was extremely rushed and rough. The woman in the chair next to me was there before me and still there after me that's how rushed it was. Pedicure are suppose to be relaxing and this just felt like she was trying to get done as fast as possible. And to top it off the quality of the work was poor. I had polish on my skin and the polish on my nails was super clumpy. I feel like I did not get what I paid for at all.

Location is clean and inviting. My manicure started right on time, my nail tech was quite nice, chatted without being overly talkative, and did a wonderful job with my manicure, including a design on my nails. She checked at every new step that what she was doing was what I had wanted. You pay a slight bit more here, but it felt worth it.

Great experience, took both my children by myself and the staff was great with them! My 4 yr old girl was nervous and they were very thoughtful and gentle. She ended up VERY excited

WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT. COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called in yesterday 5 hours before our appointment and when me and my friend showed up they made us wait 10 minutes, after that 10 minutes went by she said “okay one of you go back there” I figured she would get my friend right after me. Another 25-30 minutes passed and my gel manicure was basically done before they sat my friend down. I finally called over the receptionist as the lady was finishing my nails and asked her why my friend hasn’t been started on yet. She giggled in my face and said (in a snotty tone) “well we’re busy.” Are you serious? I called in 5 HOURS earlier. I let it go and didn’t say anything and they sat my friend in the chair next to me. Another 10 minutes passed before my friends acrylic nails were even started. The receptionist girl came over and said she is sorry that my friend hasn’t been worked on, okay that’s fine. So she had the lady who did my nails, do my friends. The lady’s name is Jen and she was very aggressive with my hands, slapping them down to flatten them. So I was nervous having her work on my friend and was too nervous to even say anything to her about my nails because of how rude she was the whole time. Not only did she leave my gel nail polish bubbly, she didn’t even cut all of my cuticles off and gave me the most aggressive lotion massage I have ever experienced. I also let her know that I had red nail polish that stained my nail beds before and she didn’t tell me that you could see it through the polish. I paid $40 to have a horrible experience getting my nails literally painted. We drove 45 minutes to come here because of the reviews. I could’ve done what I had done here at home. No extra skin taken off or anything done to my hands. You can see it in the picture I took AT THE SALON. my friends nails took another hour of me sitting there waiting and once my friend was done she and I were VERY unimpressed. I have NEVER been more embarrassed leaving a nail salon. Her and I’s nails were atrocious. My friend PAID EXTRA for the coffin shape and only 1 out of her 10 nails were coffin shaped, her nails were also extremely bubbly and messy. I told the receptionist that we were both unhappy and she stood there and didn’t offer me anything until I put my hands out and made her actually look at them. She was completely dismissive. Once I showed her and she saw how terrible the nails were, she offered to redo them, I just spent nearly 2 hours there. Why would I want them redone after just having them done horribly and then having horrible service? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! She only gave me a 10% discount which only took $3 off of my bill and then insulted my friend saying her nail shape is why they are ugly. That is simply not true because when we got our nails done last time at Pacific Nails, they used her hands for a photo for their Facebook. The receptionist didn’t even try to look at her nail shape before saying that either. I went home and rethought about our experience that we had and called them back with my concerns. When I called them she said her manager would call back. Nearly 2 hours later the manager calls and was extremely rude and aggressive telling me that we will not be refunded for our horrendous experience. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. I recommend saving your TIME and MONEY and go anywhere but here. Update: STILL NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGER. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I really loved going here. The lady that did my nails her name was Traci and I recommend her to all! She’s super quick, but also gentle with your hands. I wasn’t hurt not once! I did keep the tips from my previous time that I got my nails done, but she still fixed them and everything else in less than an hour I am very satisfied, and I will come again!

I wish I would have asked the name of my nail tech because he was great. I did the holiday special pedicure and it was so relaxing. The nail tech was gentle, took the time to explain the benefits of each step and gave the BEST foot/leg massage. My shellac looked perfect when we were finished. The salon is clean and does not smell like chemicals which added to an already great experience. Thank you for a great experience!

Not good. They seem to rush through. The first time I got a pedicure she scrubbed so hard I got a sore that turned in an infection. Dumb me tried again. Went with my daughter to get her nails done for her wedding. Terrible. Left nails long even when I asked to cut them short. Daughters manicure, we’ll see for yourself. They don’t trim the cuticles!!. And the advertised price that was on their website was lower than when we got there. The web site was down the next day when we went so we couldn’t show them the advertised price. Now I am. $20 tipper so I feel I should get my monies worth. Warning!! Don’t go.
