New management that’s professional, knowledgeable, and has taught his staff the correct way to do nails! I highly recommend Pacific Nails if you like a natural looking dip nail. They’ll take their time to do it right and you won’t be just another customer in an assembly line.

So this was my first time trying out a different nail salon. And I was the most impressed by not only the caring staff, but the cleanliness and welcoming vibe of the place! Definitely 10 out of 5. I've been going here for awhile now and have always had a good experience except for today...the quality of my dip manicure was awful! I even asked for her to fix one and she thought it looked OK. They are all bumpy and uneven. Really sad considering it's not cheap.
