They were able to make my 10 year old CTS coupe look like new. The car is black so it was showing every defect but the team at Owners Pride were able to polish most of the defects out making it look like it was repainted. I would highly recommend them for anyone that cares for their cars appearance.

I've sat on this quite awhile but really disappointed with these folks. They scratched my navigation screen, didn't do an interior detail and did not do paint correction or remove the fine scratches. To their credit, they completely refunded the interior detail that wasn't done properly and also refunded $50 for a screen protector. They were fairly responsive. However, as I continue to see how they did other people's cars correctly on their Facebook page and how my $90K car was treated, my annoyance over time grew. The final straw was when I looked at my paint with a flash light a few weeks ago and noticed they did not do the fine scratch removal because they thought I wouldn't notice with white paint. Additionally, the coating that was supposed to last 2 years has already lost most of it's effect. Dirt is back to clinging to the car fully and although it maintains a slight water beading it's pretty much lost it's effect. I've never felt so robbed of several hundred dollars. My visit was early summer, but I'm still pretty steamed about what they didn't do and thought they could get away with.

Great communicators, let me drop off my car when they where closed on a holiday and someone came by to bring it into the shop so it wasn't sitting out side. Pricing was great, and I am very happy with the end result. I am looking forward to using them in the future with the other car.

I called Owners Pride in a panic when a friend's table I was transporting left black paint marks all over the interior of my car. Not only did the owner, Damon Gray, fit me in immediately, he did the cleaning himself using the Owners Pride cleaning product. The marks came all off and my car looks brand new! I can't say enough about how friendly, customer-oriented, and high-quality this business is. I would go back there in a minute! I highly recommend them for your car care needs. Thank you, Damon!
