Most of the O’Reillys in town your experience will be governed by who happens to be working when you hit the door. Some of the the time working doesn’t mean working too. But the Washington St location is staffed by some hard working and friendly folks. They do things right and take the time to BS with you while doing it. Let’s be honest there’s plenty of cut-rate auto parts stores out there. You stay loyal to a place because they can deliver on the experience, and these guys make it happen.

Awesome group there... When i first came in, they asked if I needed assistance, but in my independence, I thanked them and said, "Note, I got this...". When the books on the shelf didn't get me what I needed, I went to the counter for assistance, and they looked up what I needed and then went and grabbed exactly what I was looking for. Great group of folks. I'll go there again. Thanks, O'Reilly's team! Appreciate you!

They do not adhere to their posted hours. Saturdays they close at 9. It’s 8:16 and the doors are locked.

Young man at counter tested my battery said it was bad. I bought a new battery and the young man refused to help install. Said too many bolts on battery bracket. I asked several more times he refused. Bracket is typical, has one nut holding it on the others are spacers. This is twice this happened. First time was wipers. Won’t happen again. Will not go back.

They read my error codes for free and helped me diagnose a problem. Then they had the parts I needed in stock. They are very helpful.

Stopped by local location with bolt issue on my own collision repair. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my issues and had me up and running within minutes. Local is always best as they take better care of customers due to the need of repeat business. Highly recommended and a go to for collision needs. I'd give 10 if I could.
