Omaha Lace Cleaners

I have been a customer of OLC for more years than I care to count. When I was working it was dress shirts and suits which they always did a fine job with. As the business world moved to business casual I added in sweaters, etc. For the most part of I had very few issues with the quality of the work or billing issues. When I did they were always resolved quickly. I have grown to know the staff at 50th and Leavenworth and can drop things off and walk out without instructions for how I want the items returned. Keep up the fine work!

Several months ago Lace got the red wine stains out of my sports coat, and pants. Excellent results. Thanks! Here are two things I learned from that mishap: First, wearing protective eyewear at a cocktail party may protect you and or your eyes from dangerous situations. Second, don't stare (or gawk) at any ravishing, stately woman during the party, when your fiancé has just forgiven you for a past indiscretion!

I am a custom picture framer in Omaha and had a client project to be cleaned. I visited with April and Jackie about cleaning a silk wedding dress. They were quite knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! They did a great job cleaning some vintage gloves that I was planning to wear in my wedding. They also have gone above and beyond despite their staffing limitations during COVID. I will be taking my wedding dress here to be cleaned after the wedding.

Luc arrives on time and does an outstanding job with picking up and delivering. Our tablecloths are cleaned, pressed, and hung up every time. They look great!

Took my youngest granddaughters communion dress to be cleaned. She is wearing her sisters from 4 years ago and at that time the oldest one spilled something on it and it wasn’t noticed until the youngest one tried it on. The dress has ruffles and beading on it. After calling around it seemed that this was the best place to take it. I am extremely pleased with the results. The only down side is that they are expensive. It cost me almost as much as I paid for the dress 4 years ago. But it looks brand new!

I dropped off some expensive wool hats and scarves ruined by moths. They were beautifully cleaned and restored. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The email and text reminders were very helpful. I was delighted by the price.

Omaha Lace is great! It saves me time and does not cost a fortune. We found Omaha Lace Cleaners last year when we were looking for a place to clean our daughters wedding dress. I traveled down to their location and dropped off her wedding dress, 2 more dresses from the wedding and three men's suits. They did a fabulous job! I had lamented as I would love to keep coming to them but I was driving 25 minutes to get to their store and needed something closer. That's when we were told about the pickup and delivery service. It is awesome!! I was a little hesitant because I did not want them to lose anything or get it mixed up with anybody else. That has never happened! It is a great service! Great cleaners! The delivery guys are always dressed professionally! Thank you Omaha Lace Cleaners!! You are a class act!! Highly recommend!!

Asked for mending to a $150 shirt, the fix looks like it was done by someone who has never used a sewing machine before. The repair is worse the the initial problem and the shirt is ruined. “My location” is now closed to walk in customers, I’ve called and left messages as well as emails with no response at all.
