I got my wisdom teeth out for my first surgery ever. It was a quick and easy experience, and everyone made me feel comfortable from the start. The only thing is that my doctor seemed irritated when he came into the operation room. And that's the last thing I remember before falling asleep. It was unnerving, but everyone has bad days, so I forgive him. They explain the whole process, and ask if you have any questions, the whole time! Great experience overall. I am now on my 2nd day of recovery, and I don't have any noticable swelling, and haven't had to take any Oxycodone yet. I've already recommended this place to my cousin to get hers out!

Dr. James O'Brien performed a wisdom tooth extraction and molar implant in one visit. He and his support team demonstrated exceptional expertise, professionalism, communication and attentiveness throughout the process. I will need an additional implant in a few months and feel assured knowing Dr. O'Brien will be there again for me.

The staff was friendly and visit was great. The issue we have ran in to, we have two insurance providers and they only processed through one. We paid about $800 at the time of the surgery because they did not run the secondary insurance before the procedure. It has been over a month with multiple phone calls made to the office regarding this matter. They advised it has been handled but there is NO pending claim through our secondary insurance provider.

Your support staff is so kind and considerate. I was expecting much more pressure to get the tooth out but my surgeon was very good at getting it out with minimal pressure. He also talked me through each step to warn me about what was coming next as the tooth was numbed and then extracted. This made the process much less stressful. I felt really well cared for by all involved.

Excellent Dr and Staff. Very professional experience. I had a tooth extraction (tooth was cracked) and a titanium implant placed in the former tooth socket during the surgery. By taking this approach, I didn't have to wait three months for socket to heal. An additional benefit was the chance of dry sockets is minimal. Bottom line, professional team that worked well together.

This office is AMAZING!!! Top notch and first class staff and Dr. O'Brien is FANTASTIC!!! He called to check in on me in the evening - that is going above and beyond and SO appreciated! His staff was so kind and compassionate and gave us step for step on what I would experience. Nurses were amazing!! So thankful I came to this office!!! Would recommend over and over again!! Thank you!!

I saw Dr. James O'Brien and he was awesome. No one likes to get a tooth pulled but he was gentle and calming. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was able to get right in which was so helpful. Thanks to the staff and assistants who were also wonderful. Everything was calm, clean, and easy. I had to have a tooth extracted that was causing me horrific pain. They got me in as soon as possible. When I got in everything was clean and warming. I was nervous but my nurse/dental assistant (not sure their title, I apologize) made sure I understood everything that was going on and made sure I was comfortable. She never made me feel more nervous. Dr Raker was amazing. He kept me informed from.start to finish on what he was doing and what I should expect. During the surgery he checked in on me multiple times to make sure I wasn't in any unnecessary pain. Overall this place made fear of tooth extraction not so worrisome. No one likes to get their tooth pulled but if it has to happen this is the place I'd recommend. Amazing work.

Dr. O'Brian and and the staff are amazing. I had to call for an emergency wisdom teeth extraction. I was able to call and get in that same week. I have always feared the dentist due to my own past experiences, so when I could not take the pain anymore I made the call here. As someone who is deeply terrified of dentists, I can happily say they made me feel calm and confident in their ability. They took very good care of me and tried their best to keep me calm. I went under twilight and even the nurse who put me under held my hand and did her best to keep me as calm as possible. I don't remember anything obviously, but I can tell you that the next day I was barely in any pain at all from extractions. They did an amazing job and I can actually say they helped me a little with my fear of future dental visits. I would highly recommend Omaha Oral Surgery and the team there. If I need anything else done in the future I will definitely be calling them. You are in good hands here.

Staff and Dr. O’Brien we’re very professional, helpful and made me feel at ease. The office was calming, comfortable and easy to access. I had a tooth extraction and dental implant under sedation. My recovery has been fairly easy and I am grateful to all at Omaha Oral Surgery that this experience was very positive!
