There was a disconnect between the dispatch and the drivers which created difficulties. My car arrived within the time frame in great condition. But I think they could do a bit better with their communications.

The carrier driver had to cancel because his truck broke down but dispatch people were able to get it rescheduled really quickly. It took them 3 days to reschedule the shipping but it worked out cool at the end.

My vehicle made it in one piece. I expected the car around 1pm, but it did not get dropped off until around 7 or 8pm. Other than that, the process was fairly smooth. There was no damage to my car upon arrival.

The best local vehicle shipping company in Omaha. Elena was the best! She was really on top of it and was very responsive. There were no issues at all. The driver was great too! Wouldn't work with anyone else!

My contact at their office was great at explaining me the whole process as a first timer but I guess he dropped the ball on updates throughout the shipping process. I believe I expected more communication from his side. However the shipping went exactly as I asked him, delivery happened on the day requested a day after I arrived there. Again, he did a great job sourcing a truck for my transport so, overall, I am satisfied with the results.
