Amazing service! Friendly staff and it was enjoyable! I loved my manicure, massage and the color! I will definitely be back.

I should have left. This gal that I had pulled the existing shellac off my toes with a cuticle trimmer. They are supposed to soak that off because it damaged the top of my actual nail. Then she took the pedi stone and burned the side of my foot. I yelped and told her to stop after that.

Aaliyah did an amazing job on my nails!! I had never gotten acrylics before and she made the process so easy and made me feel welcomed!

Horrible nail salon. Once sat down they took my shellac polish off with nail clippers. I had to stop them from tearing off my nails and ask them to use cotton foils and soak. This did not make them happy. I've had many pedicures and know this is the wrong way to remove my polish. The whole experience was bad. Once I started looking around I could see how dirty and unorganized it was. I was trying to decide how to just get up and leave on the middle of my service. I declined to finish and left. Gross, rude, dirty, and painful. I'll never return

One of the worst pedicures I've gotten in a long time, the lady cut me in two places with the cuticle scissors (see attached pic). She also changed my nail color when the bottle I selected was hard to open (she said it was the same color but hid the original bottle from me). Some of the nails were not cut/filed straight and she left a lump from the nail polish on my big toe. They were late getting me in even after I had made an appointment. For $35 no way am I coming back.

Love this place! I have been to many, many nail salons and this is definitely the best. The people are so nice, the salon is clean and my nails always turn out beautifully! Got this beautiful dip ombre this morning :)

Oma lost a customer today. I've been regularly visiting for a couple months. I went in today to get the same service I've been getting, which is dip. Since day one, I've tried to ask questions and tried to be patient, and I thought we were starting to hit a decent stride. However, today I was charged 10 dollars less than other visits. Should be a good thing, but I am upset. The website states that getting dip costs $45. No breakdown of "extras" so ultimately you think that's what you'll pay. They rang up $35. When I asked, I was told that it's because I've been getting extensions. The problem here is that upon my first visit, I asked. They recommended the extensions. I asked if it was extra, they said no. After a painful and upsetting first experience, I was charged $45 but that's what I expected so... No biggie. I've been in a few times since, trying to give it a real chance. Every time, $45. Every time, discussion of natural nails will be next time! And today, I finally get there, only to find out that I've been paying for something I would have opted out of if I had been given the correct information. I hated the extensions but thought it was part of the deal... My last set were applied hastily and left with lumps in the middle, so I insisted on not having them this time. I'm incredibly frustrated to find out that I've been paying for the discomfort. The very worst part is that when I tried to ask and explain why I was frustrated, the owner took an extremely disrespectful and accusatory tone with me, smirking at times and claiming that he's never made a mistake, never overcharged, and was offended that I would say he's the one who said it didn't cost extra. Obviously it was my "misperception" that made me think that service was included. He insisted that getting dip done was $35 and always has been. He full on argued with me... And it definitely demonstrated how much he values repeat customers. I guess I'm not worth trying. We really just needed to acknowledge, apologize, say they'd correct the website information, *something* but no. It was an argument, a refusal of responsibility, to the point where I just walked out. I'm beyond disappointed in how this was handled. This is just nails, but this is my body and my money. I'm trusting the business to treat me with respect and with dignity. This was an epic third strike.

Every time I go, I'm happy with the result. They are very nice, accommodating, and great at what they do. I've never had any issues at Oma.

I met Elec through a mutual friend that gets her nails done by him, and loved the way hers looked! I went in Wednesday morning and got dip with tips, and Elec did a fantastic job! Super excited to finally have a nail tech that does my nails exactly the way I want!

It was my first time coming into this salon. Kim did an AMAZING job. She was very sweet and I loved her calm personality as well as how particular she was about making my nails look perfect. I’ll definitely be back! Very, very happy.
