Staff very friendly. Like the reptile soil options that can also be used for specialty plants. Rates are fair.

It was a pleasant visit. Aquatic supplies price wise is decent or maybe just a tiny bit more expensive than big box. Live stock prices is cheaper. They do carry more variety of live stock than an average pet store for sure. I will come back for live stocks tho The employee is very friendly. She answered all of my questions and not being pushy

This place is amazing for Salt and fresh water aquariums. Their reptile selection and knowledge is good too!

First time in this store. I'll definitely be back. Very friendly people that you get from a small business store. I'm rebuilding a 50 gallon tank and I'm going to use them as much as possible.

Thanks so much to Nebraska Aquatic Supply for all their help this last year! We started our fish parenting journey not quite sure where to go and how to do things. NAS has not only made the time fun and exciting, but overall educational and stress free! Cannot thank them enough for teaching us and helping us to build our fishes home! Special shout out to Eli, Hailey, Aubrey, and Chuck for answering ALL of our questions and are great people on top of it! They are definitely top notch employees - who help with all of our fish 🐟 needs.

Absolutely the best aquatic and reptile store around! You can tell that the owner and the employees know what they are doing and truly care about their animals. The enclosures are bigger than any "pet store" I've ever walked into, they have proper setups for each reptile and amphibian, and they are able to answer questions while still being friendly and conversational. I adopted a fire skink from them and knew I was walking out with an animal that had been properly bred, cared for, and socialized. The next time I went back to get supplies for my animals at home, I was given validation for my setups and offered respect as an experienced chameleon owner. The owner was also excited to show me things that I was interested in and explain that, in the future, I could go to them to find animals that I'm searching to adopt if they don't have them in-store. I just love walking into this beautifully kept space and knowing that all of the animals are taken care of by knowledgeable individuals that truly love what they do. It's like coming home. 🥰

All of their fish look very healthy and informed me on all of the questions I have. They also take in reptiles and spiders mostly on donation but look to be in very good health. I've been going here for years always done good business and will always return for their amazing selection especially in the Midwest. My electric blue acara is thriving in my community tank!

My daughter and I visited and were given the best service! The gentleman that helped us was very kind and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. He encouraged and engaged with my daughter to make sure she was part of the process of setting up our fish tank. I'm so grateful for the excellent service!

We drove 4 hours for a Yellow Nigerian Uromastyx. Less then 4 days later it has passed away. This is not my first Uromastyx and I have several other reptiles. I called and talked to Eli the manager to see what can be done, he would not work with us at all. I told him I was going to leave him a bad review and even offered to video chat with him to show him temps (basking at 119, cool side 81, humidity 11%) he refused and said he doesn't even know if the animal is dead. If you want to enjoy your animals for less then 4 days this is the pet store for you! $99.00 and 8 hours of drive time wasted. Lower end pet stores like petco and petsmart will give you a week and will actually work with people if they sell bad animals. "Heat and Lighting: As desert-dwelling lizards, Uromastyx are adapted to hot, dry conditions. Their enclosure should include a basking area that reaches a daytime high in the 100º to 120ºF range."

Its OK. I just wish they took better care of their stock. You should be quarantining anyway but you REALLY need to do that if you buy from here. A majority of the fish I've purchased had some variety of ragged fins and or fungus and the rams I took home recently had obvious ick spots. Overall the store is clean and has a good selection. Employees are nice enough. On my latest purchase you can see some white patches near the head and the obviously damaged fins. If you zoom in you can also see a few developing white spots, the most obvious being above the pectoral fin.
