Mike and team did an excellent job. Had hot/cold water connections moved in laundry room. Service was quick, on time and of high quality.

Our basement flooded from a blockage in our cities pipes over a holiday weekend. Mike talked me through our options as well as what the city could be doing to be proactive I making sure nothing like this happens again. I called at least 12 other plumbers, water drainage companies and insurance agencies and Mike was the first to take time to talk to me.

We have been using Micro for over 15 yrs. I can count on them for anything that comes up around my home. Mike even recommended a contractor to fix my windowsill. That's above and beyond! They are prompt and courteous, always have a solution for me, have everything already on the truck so you're not stressed out waiting, and they always call when on the way, so you're not surprised. I had a bathroom vanity and toilet installed. The vanity which worked fine before install now has a drawer that wont close. I asked to have the drain pipe moved in the wall to center it with the sink instead they cut into the vanity which most likely caused the drawer to be off. Also, I have abs piping in my home but they slapped PVC on. Where the PVC meets the Abs the water just pours into the bottom of the vanity. I called and requested a plumber that knew what they were doing but they did not oblige. So I will be calling a professional plumber. Beware

I called Micro close to the end of the day in desperate need for a plumber. My garbage disposal and dishwasher were clogged and overflowing and I had no idea what to do about it. I called and they were able to send someone out within that hour even though the day was nearly over. They showed up and fixed everything! The best part was it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Totally prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I will use them again for sure!

I had used a different company for several years. I thought they were fixing the problem when, in fact, they were really just putting a band aid on it. I got an appointment the same day I called and Terry did a great job not only fixing the problem but also explaining the situation to me. The professionalism and the value of the work by Micro Plumbing and, in particular Terry, is phenomenal. I highly recommend them.

Finally! A plumber that gets the job done in a cost effective manor without trying to upcharge/sell unnecessary repairs. I was beginning to think this style of business had become extinct. I have used Micro on three occasions and won't call anyone else.

The technician, Terry, went the extra mile. We called Micro because our sink drains that weren't draining properly. Not only did he do that, he went ahead and did the same for our whirlpool tub at no additional charge. I was very impressed! The price was very fair for the quality work that was done. -Corey

This Summer I completed a pretty big home remodeling project: my master bathroom. Luckily, I was not alone. I had Micro Plumbing handle my plumbing needs. They removed a lot of worry from me and helped really add the spit and polish to my bathroom with a new toilet and a beautiful new faucet. They even re-caulked my shower and tub for me when I asked for that at the last minute. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. Thanks, Micro Plumbing!

Asked to get my tub faucet to shut off. Hot water and flow were fine to Micro Plumbing's visit. I now shower in lukewarm water and flow is far less. I was given one solution to fixing the problem, swap out my piping (I live in older home - never experienced any issues prior). Second repair person confrontational, owner said he would return call - five days later still waiting. $375 for lukewarm water. I hope at best it's incompetence and not trying to fleece an older customer. Not worth a star - but people need to know.
