I have been very pleased with the dental care I have received from Dr. Miyamoto and his staff at Metro West. I have been a patient for over 5 years, having received dental surgery and periodontal cleanings. All work has been done professionally, with excellent care and follow up. I highly recommend them if you are looking for dental services.

MetroWest has provided the best dental care I have ever had. They always listened, were very accommodating, and thoroughly explained each step along the way. Dr. Kim collaborated with my primary dental provider in assuring the optimal outcome for tooth reconstruction, from the initial assessment, braces, bonding and reconstruction. As an older adult, they made me feel part of the plan and understood the nuances I had being much later in life than would be normal for orthodontics. Highly recommended.

My experience every time I’ve come in has been so positive. I have full trust in Dr. Miyamoto and I have felt so taken care of. The staff is kind, considerate and caring. They make it easy to work around a work schedule since they have evening hours. Everything is explained in detail, all my questions are answered and I never have felt rushed or like I’m an inconvenience. I’m very thankful I found Metro West.

I highly recommend Metro West Orthodontics & Periodontics to anyone needing these services. The entire team has been beyond friendly. From my initial appointment everyone knew my name and it has remained that way for the past year and a half through my treatments. It is very evident that the doctors in the office are well educated and come with a range of experience. When I had a gum graft done they checked up on me and Dr. Lang even came to the office on her day off to care for me as I had an allergic reaction to the sutures. Dr. Kim has been very thorough in her treatment with me. I could not be happier with my experience at Metro West and the care and treatment I have received by their entire staff!

Metro West Orthodontist is the best place for you to feel more confident with your teeth and yourself. In the beginning of my procedure I was worried and scared, but Dr. Kim helped me understand that I would be confident with my teeth by the end of it. Here I am today 2 years and 6 months later I can’t thank Dr. Kim enough and her staff they are so welcoming and kind in particular Kassie and Clarissa they are amazing! I’m happier than ever before with my teeth. If anyone ever asked for my recommendation for a place this would be my #1. They’ve made my procedure easy for me and I feel so confident with my teeth.

I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentist. I was sent to Dr. Miyamoto for a consultation on implants/deep cleaning with sedation. He answered ALL of my questions (even the stupid ones) calmed my anxiety and listened to my concerns without hesitation. After my surgery he and his office were very kind and helpful through the healing process. He even called me on a Sunday to see how I was feeling. His office staff are some of the sweetest people, they also did everything to make sure I was comfortable before/after my surgery. He made seeing a dentist worth it again for me. I couldn't be more thankful for him. 10/10 would recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kim and her staff… they are simply 100% amazing. Dr Kim takes the extra time needed to explain every step of your personal treatment plan, she answers every question in great detail and makes you feel at ease. Her staff is very professional and friendly, you always feel welcome both in person and when calling the office. I can’t imagine going through my orthodontist journey with any other team!

We love Dr. Kim we have had 3 kids with Braces. She goes above and beyond to take care of them and do what’s best for them. She also answers all of my questions. She is patient, gentle and kind. We have 3 more kids and if they need to see an orthodontist she is our top choice. Her staff is extremely friendly we have always been taken care of.

Dr. Kim is very competent at her job and I especially appreciate how transparent and honest she is with you. She realistically assesses your needs and helps you achieve your goal as much as she can. She also has the fanciest equipment at her office--you will receive the most up-to-date orthodontic treatment modalities. I also love the rest of the team members at Metro West Ortho. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants are phenomenal and so sweet. I have about 16 months left in my treatment and I am so glad I decided to pursue my orthodontic treatment here.
