I am reviewing dry cleaning services with Max I. Walker. Their advertisement is that they make your life easier, and that is false. I had Max I. Walker launder 6 shirts this week, and the shirts were returned to me with identical holes in the sleeves. The holes are not the same sleeve, nor are they in the same area of the sleeve. Customer service did not react. After several attempts to contact customer service, my claim for remuneration has been denied. The representatives refused to accept liability and dismissed the ruined shirts as collateral. This lack of customer care does not represent quality or service. All 6 of the damaged shirts are purchased at different times and are different types of material made my different manufacturers. This is too coincidental. It is unreasonable to assume all would wear at the same time and in different places. I would submit that Max I. Walker laundry service is harsh and uncaring. Max I Walker will not have my business, and I will recommend to other attorneys at our firm to take their business elsewhere. I will not be returning.

I needed my intervuew clothes cleaned and pressed. Took me less than 5 minjtes to drop off and to pick up. The clerk that assisted me was charming and witty. Will definitely be my dry cleaner of xhoice going forward

I take my dry cleaning to this Max I. Walker and, they are the best. Everyone is very kind and helpful. My orders, which include extra starching and creasing, are always perfect. I highly recommend them!!

I dropped of a shirt to be cleaned and pressed for a wedding. I came a little early to pick it up and it was ready! Krissy is great!!!
