I cannot put into words how amazing this place is. Not only do they do an amazing job with your clothes but the customer service is top freaking notch! My boyfriend took his suit pants there and I needed to pick them up Saturday before they closed so he had them for his trip Sunday. They are closed on Sunday’s and I complete forgot and felt so screwed. But the manager Randi went above and beyond and let us get them! I cannot thank them enough for being so considerate and helpful. They are so amazing and will always recommend them to anyone needing dry cleaning! They also have a drive thru which is beyond helpful as well!

I had an amazing experience with the Papillion Store. I was very desperate, two days before my wedding, to get serious mold removed from my groomsmen outfits. Thankfully, Mayra and her team were able to take care of things, ahead of time! Highly recommend!!!

I brought a suit in for cleaning that I had worn in both Atlanta and Dallas on hot days so the suit had picked up both body odor and exhaust odor from standing in the airport hotel shuttle pick-up lane for quite some time. The primary purpose for the visit was to have the suit cleaned, pressed and deodorized. Unfortunately, the suit had to go through the process twice and even than the suit still has an exhaust type odor. I’ll likely have to either donate or dispose of the suit if the exhaust odor can’t be removed.

The staff were very nice and patient with new customer questions. I had a wool coat dry cleaned. It looked great when I got it back and the color was so much brighter! The price was fair and the coat was ready when they said it would be. I would go back there again.

The drive-thru is super convenient. This is one of the few places in South Omaha that does 24 hour service.
