I have been using the wash and fold service for over a year. Michaela who does the pickup and drop off is great. I’ve never had an issue and highly recommend.

I highly recommend Max I. Walker and the Benson location. After needing to buy a wedding dress off the rack last minute, which inevitably needed some dry cleaning prior to the wedding, they not only got me in immediately but they turned my dress around in record time so I would have it for my wedding. They communicated with me every step of the way, were so helpful, and did an AMAZING job cleaning the dress. It looks brand new! I am so grateful for their excellent work and commitment to customer service. They helped save the day and I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

There was suite given to me , ask young lady at (Black) can get this clean and press, she yes will very professional attitude.

I took my full length wool coat for cleaning two before frigid temperatures hit.. Service was exceptionally fast and I got my coat back the next day!

Significant improvement with the quality of my coat and it was cleaned properly. There was some areas on the collar that were missed and one on the arm I believe they stated might not be removable.

Faster service than I anticipated. Friendly staff. I will be coming here again in the future with my other suits for dry cleaning. I got text messages when my suit was ready and it looks great.

Max I. Walker does a great job of cleaning and pressing our clothes. My husband's shirts look very nice and my blouse, which had hard-to-get-out wrinkles from being shipped to me, looks beautiful without a wrinkle in sight! They even cleaned a metal element on the blouse of which I couldn't get clean. It sparkles now!

I really appreciate their professional service. They pick up my dry cleaning at my house and return it promptly a few days later. I'm always pleased with the service and the communication is great. I highly recommend them for laundry and dry cleaning services!

Michaela at Max I Walker has been our contact for the past few years and has gone above and beyond in her services. From laundry pickup & delivery to attentiveness with clothing issues to communication about holiday hours and flexible scheduling. She’s been amazing. If there is ever an issue with an article of clothing (which is very rare), Michaela has always made sure to take care of it. Fantastic service all the way around!!
